He's on the prowl for hearts, so do be sure to keep your distance, and mind the strong scent of darkness coming from him. [Looks away in thought, trying to remember. His head feels cloudy for some reason, like it's hard to remember anything clearly.]

I was training in the simulation room. I think... yeah, I was about to take a break but I decided to go one more round, and...

[He just sort of stops, eyes slowly widening as he remembers everything- the pain in his chest, the overwhelming pressure of darkness, and the blacking out.]

[He's slowly piecing things together, trying to figure out how he would have ended up on the floor in some hallway.]

[Yellow, not orange. He's incredibly relieved to hear that, in spite of the fact that his eyes shouldn't be changing colors at all. He
s almost afraid to ask what she'll say next.]

[If his eyes weren't wide already, they're about as wide as they can go now. He's on the verge of panic right now, since this is pretty close to his worst fear. Also scooting away from her slowly to get some distance in there.]

[He was finally starting to get over all this guilt from before the dr too. But now it's like it's all coming back to haunt him, and he's having trouble dealing with it all.]

How can you say that? It's my fault for relying too much on it, for letting it in in the first place- Y-you could have gotten hurt even more because I was too reckless with my training...

The reason I've been training so hard was... because I couldn't protect you last time and I should have been able to.
