[someone has been very busy.

Roxas is sitting in an armchair in one of the common rooms, which is now spotless, tired and reading a slim, nameless book about Darkness.
he's covered with flour and there's a streak of dried chocolate on his cheek.
he's been up baking cake  and then cleaning the common room all night by himself, fueled by nothing but coffee.
he should have taken a shower and changed his clothes, but he had needed to sit down for a while once he was done, and he hadn't bothered to get up again.

it's his first birthday.]

Oh. Yes. The strangest thing happened: it was suddenly there! And it seems it likes chairs, so I thought...

Which will lead to you getting involved. Believe me, I'm all for you finding a way to keep yourself safe, but this is something you really don't want to get caught up in.

Yeah. I'm just... cautious. I've seen what can happen when you get in over your head- I've experienced it.

...Look. I made a lot of mistakes in the past- things I still have to live with now. I just don't want to see you make the same mistakes.

[Roxas nodded and got out of the chair, smiling.]

[Roxas takes the empty cup and sighs before heading towards the kitchen.]

[it's not far, and into the kitchen they go. Roxas rinses the cup under the tap before placing it in the sink.]

It's in the fridge.
