dreaming of a new day

[someone has been very busy.

Roxas is sitting in an armchair in one of the common rooms, which is now spotless, tired and reading a slim, nameless book about Darkness.
he's covered with flour and there's a streak of dried chocolate on his cheek.
he's been up baking cake  and then cleaning the common room all night by himself, fueled by nothing but coffee.
he should have taken a shower and changed his clothes, but he had needed to sit down for a while once he was done, and he hadn't bothered to get up again.

it's his first birthday.]

[Guess who's walking into the room? That's right! It's Namine! She was just walking over to sit on the couch when she spotted Roxas. She almost didn't recognize him, covered in flour, but after a moment she giggles]
What have you been up to?
[She smiles at him]

[he sits up straight and puts the book to the side before blushing slightly and brushing most of the flour of off himself.]

[She smiles again and walks over to sit in the chair next to him]

[She giggles again, reaching over to gently wipe the chocolate off his cheek]

[almost, almost recoils when Namine reaches out to touch him, but decides against it and lets her do it. he's got to act normal.]

Yup. I've been cleaning all night.

It's my creation day today. And I was baking before, in a kitchen, but then I figured that if a lot of people wanted cake we wouldn't all fit in the kitchen, so I cleaned this room up.

[rubs tiredly at his eye, wiping of some of the flour in the meantime.]
