[the main part of the dressing room has been cleared out. what appears to be a glowing orb that acts light a Disco ball floats in mid air, and there's a random skeleton disc jockey already.

there are also food tables around, and because of the variety of monsters people have transformed into, there's normal food and weird food.]

[shifts a little, turning to look at... a table or something.]

[holds up her basket.]

[hope you can keep up in those shoes, because his little paws are skittering across the floor again as he takes off towards the cupcake.]

[fsldkjg stumbles a little after him. once she's able to. she actually threw them down the hall earlier - that's how she learned you couldn't change.]

You go that way, I'll go this way. Maybe you can chase it to me.

[it's almost barked out with how excited he is, taking the direction she told him to go. Molly hangs back, shooting an amused look at Riku.]

[and she goes the other way, completely oblivious of Molly and his amusement. she's got her basket held out, ready to catch that renegade cupcake.]

[herds the cupcake, which is still skittering around on cockroach legs, towards Riku and her basket, grinning widely and on all fours. it's easier to run this way for some reason.]

[looks like she's prepared, on her knees and obviously not worried about getting the dress messy. she's not even going to ask why he's running like that, holding the basket down low, waitiiing...]

[congratulations, Riku, you have obtained one (1) cockroach cupcake! he nearly crashes into her once the cupcake runs into the basket, swerving off to the side and tripping over himself. he ends up doing an odd somersault as he comes to a halt, sort of upside down.]

...did'ya get it?

[has flopped over to sit down properly, forcing the basket closed with the cupcake inside. she nods, looking over to him once it's secure.]

Got it!

[falls sideways once, rolling to sit up with a grin.]

[smiles and stands up, carrying the basket over and tilting her head at him.]

You're like a real puppy.

[at least he hasn't scratched behind his ear yet.]

[she'd laugh, but for now she walks over, almost smirking but not quite.]

Yep.

Guess it makes sense that I'm like my costume!

[stands up, tail wagging a bit.]

[...g-grins a bit. she's certainly amused.]

[stops, looking over at her in confusion.]

[stops laughing, carrying the basket over to a chair.]
