[he is by no means an artist, but that doesn't stop him from trying. the box of 250 crayons he's found gives him more than enough to work with, he thinks.]

[he has a point to make, anyway, hunched over his piece of paper in concentration. he seems focused on one stick figure in particular.]

[his chin is on his arms now, and he's smiling.]

[grins.]

[jumps a little, even the snake peering at Sora.]

Just telling the truth.

Thanks. You're not too bad yourself.

[that snake is eying him, but he makes no strikes, and Riku's starting to draw a castle.]

[he's not a brilliant artist like Namine, but he's learned a few things from watching her, so he's not too shabby.]

[he hasn't noticed--not yet, anyway. his snake has, uncurling from Riku's neck a little and staring Sora in the face.]

[it's just studying him, before settling around Riku's neck. it startles him, and he looks over at Sora--so. close.]

Huh? What's the matter?

[shakes his head. there's a nice little tower on his castle.]

[his face is flushed, but h e can't quite turn away, just pulling his head away.]

[--so he doesn't, starting to draw a moat around the castle. but why...]

[he's a little lost in his own world, before he pauses and flushes, remembering Sora's with him.]

I'm sorry. This is probably boring.
