 [sitting with his knees pulled up, in the general area of...it doesn't really matter. he's just watching all the Axels and Soras quietly, chin resting on his knees and drowning in his gray hoodie that's at least two sizes too big. all of them look the same, no different from his own Axel and Sora -- well, there are a few exceptions, but in general, they remind him of his own. man, does he miss them...]

[...truth be told, one of the reasons he likes this place so much is that his parents aren't around to baby him and worry over every little thing. ever since he was diagnosed, they would act like he was going to break, like going out into the sun would kill him, and like any sort of loud noise would give him a heart attack. ...he appreciated their efforts, but after a while, it could get annoying, especially when he wanted to pretend like nothing was wrong at all]

[smiles knowingly. once upon a time he had a list of everything he wanted to do before his time was up... but he gave that up a long time ago. living his life on a schedual became too much of a hassel, and he found that just taking whatever life had to give him was enough. if he got to see the pyramids of egypt, then hey, awesome, and if he didn't...well then he didn't.]

I'm uh...not really at that different from you, actually. Leukemia, doctors said I'd only last another year, maybe a little longer if I played it safe.

...I haven't really told anyone, yet. Just you and...my brother.

[he laughs a little at that last part. technically, he doesn't have a brother...but the idea is still nice. ..maybe he can get away with not mentioning that he's denied any treatment]
