[TIME FOR AN ENTIRELY TOO LONG MULTI-CHARACTER POST.

seasides is in the kitchen... what a boring guy. with things set up kind of how they used to be, and people once again relying on the kitchens, he's made his way to the main one to cook up some stuff to stash away in the fridge and freezer for others!

fading is not amused. he's trapped in a cage in a section of hallway made of white sand and marble. the cage isn't very big, which has him stuck sitting, and looking rather grumpy. there's no visible lock on it.

skybright is currently pushing herself in a training room, magic drained and looking half ready to collapse where she stands. there's a first aid kit sitting on a bench nearby, several bottles (elixirs, mostly) sitting empty next to it.

ghastlydawn hasn't been seen much, but she has been around. super disappointed with the change in the DR still - she grew up in the open world version, after all - she's been exploring to keep herself from lingering on her thoughts and getting even more homesick than she already is.

before is... pinned to a wall with several familiar knives. he doesn't look more than a little beat up, and mostly amused! he's got no idea why a Larxene attacked him, only to do barely anything aside from pin him there, but he can't move his hand enough to pull any of the knives out, and he doesn't want to rip his jacket. oh well.

islandflower is sitting in an outdoor room, a simple-looking field with several slightly battered targets some distance away, taking a break from practicing magic. the door is open and she's well in sight, but she's rather distracted reading.

fromshadow has found something that looks like it's fresh out of Halloween Town. it's a gloomy, mist-covered room, the door opening to a large clearing amidst spindly frost-coated trees. the clearing is filled with row upon row of gravestones, but each and every one of them marks an empty grave, the spaces all cleanly dug out but not even holding a coffin. he's standing just inside the doorway, too wary to actually go and check it all out.

conflagrate, who I totally didn't forget about, is in one of the closets. this particular one seems to hold clothing for both male and female, and she's just sort of absently browsing the men's button-down shirts at the moment. for some reason, all her clothing has gone and vanished from her room-house-thing, so she's rebuilding her wardrobe.]

Just my clothes.

[thankfully. she'd have been pretty sad -- well, you know what I mean. if they'd gone and disappeared too.]

[Riku would be sad for her. Sort of.]

If you're not going anywhere, help me pick things out. It'll make this take less time.

[She shoots her a surprised look, then rolls her eyes and heads inside anyway.]

What are you looking for?

Everything. Aside from what I slept in, what I'm wearing now was literally all that was left.

[Yikes.]

What size are you?

[she tosses a shirt she's already picked out at Riku.]

[And it hits her in the face. She is unimpressed, and catches it grumpily to check the size.]

I don't need that much. A few t-shirts, some long-sleeved stuff. Maybe a sweater.

You can always come back.

[Or she can do what Riku did, which was to grab several bags full of things and just throw out what she didn't end up liking.]

I know. I'm not planning on getting too many things that wouldn't really work until another season. The short sleeved stuff is for lounging.

[she's not the type to hang around the house topless. anyway, she plans to come back in spring, and then again in summer. it's not like she'll be growing, so the clothing will last.]

I figured that part out.

[~~Damn.~~ Riku's tossing several shirts of the same make once she's picked one, because at least then Axel won't be doing laundry very often.]

[so thoughtful, Riku. since she's doing that, Axel's actually going to move on to pants for now!]

[Pants are also nice to have. Riku's draping the shirts one on top of the other across her arm, getting two or three of a couple different types. It's about eight or ten, total.]

[jeans, pj pants... she only gets a few pairs. it's not like she really needs more than four pairs of jeans right now.]

[No kidding. Once Riku is significantly weighed down by tops, she adjusts her hold on them all and turns to Axel.]

[she looks over, expression vaguely amused.]

There's a bag by the door, if you want to put those down.

[indeed there is what looks like a plastic garbage bag folded up right by the door.]

[Riku stares at her, then moves over to the bag.]

[she'd forgotten, sorry. also wouldn't have cared enough anyway. it's not like Riku had to help-]

[Bitch. She hopes your shirts get all wrinkly in there.]

What were you doing when you came by here anyway?

[yeah right. she puts some pants into the bag, straightening back up to move further in. for underwear and stuff. it's in here too~.]
