Well...[rolls his shoulders] --maybe if he came over, she will to, right? Keep up the hope?

But he hasn't come over yet. I looked for him in the pool but he wasn't there!

He might not. I don't think he likes me very much sometimes. But I'll stay still!

Good kid! You know what--? [He reaches back and digs around in the hood of his sweater and pulls out what looks to be an overgrown lizard--green and a foot long. It's really a dragon, but who's keeping score here.]

This is Roxy. If you're lonely waiting on your buddy, you can play with her.

[The wingless dragon cocked her head and churred softly at the small Sora, watching him intently with her black eyes.]

[Axel laugh, sliding off the arm of the sofa, taking up the space Sora had abandoned. On the floor, Roxy chirped--the chubby little dragon bounding around Sora in circles, ready to play.]

[Axel just lounges back grinning as they go at it. He's never had siblings--so all these kids following him around is actually a little refreshing. It brings out some sick cross between his paternal side (with the younger ones) and his taunting, older brother self (for those older like Hayner).]

Hey-- [he calls Sora over and reaches into his pants pocket, pulling out a handful of mint leaves.]

Treats for my girl--Bet'cha she'd love you for these.

Ok! [takes them, then holds them out for Roxy]

[Roxy chirps again, bounding over to Sora rather quickly, not bothering for a pause as she nudged on his hand, nibbling the leaves from it--tail swishing side to side.]

See? [Axel chuckled] --sort of like a scaly puppy, right?

Kinda, I guess. I've never had a puppy.

...I don't think I've played with any, either. But I like Roxy!
