Strange. If Northwestern is going to claim that Tech is the third largest building under five stories high, I certainly hope they're not including this pocket dimension in the basement.

Ah, no. Many of us come from different worlds, or 'realities', I suppose. It's a concept I haven't quite got a grasp on, but it seems to be the most likely reason behind this.

Ah. Do you all know the same set of people, or have similar experiences, then?

A majority of the duplicates all appear to have some similarities. I know that many are affiliated with some sort of Organization, as it were. It's all rather fascinating, really.

It is. Does your reality include Professor Ansem, Braig, Dilan, and so forth?

It does, although I assume that we are from entirely different worlds; Master Ansem is the ruler of my own world, as well as a well-known philosopher among other things.

*a small chuckle* He's the head of the Philosophy department in my world. Interesting how the universe translates that from world to world.

I suppose this goes without saying. I'm your female counter-part, obviously enough. There's another version of myself running around but just younger, just so you know.

I have the sinking feeling that "insanity" doesn't even begin to describe it.

Earth. I wasn't aware that these other versions of reality took place on different worlds.

Interesting name. Care to talk about it?

And, we're all from different realities or so the other Zexions and I have picked up from the minute we got here. I did not know it was possible for all us "other" versions to exist in the same area at once.

Well, there isn't much to say, other than it's a very large world. I was attending university and participating in some research. We recently found some doors in the steam tunnels underneath the campus, and through one of those doors I found myself here.

Neither did I, and yet this is all rather interesting.

To a degree, yes. It has its shortcomings, unfortunately.

I am; and I am not, which is to say I am Nobody.

Do tell me of your iteration of Earth. In my reality there are two distinct incarnations, each different than the other (one which the Prophets termed National Treasure; the other which I call Earth Prime.)

And I must ask if the name Nomura Tetsuya means anything to you.

Earth is... well, it's large, and like any other world, I suppose. I haven't seen much of it, save for the city I live in, where I attend university. It's fairly dull, actually.

it sounds familiar, though I can't quite place my finger on where I've heard it before. Is he someone of significance to you?

He is an individual hailing from Earth Prime who knew more about our world than is reasonable. He, in a way, knew the future. He knew of the incarnations of yourself and your friends as they are in my world, and their adventures, and escapades, in advance.

Oddly, he seems to have been little more than a videogame designer hailing from the nation called Japan upon Earth Prime.

Interesting. When I return, I will have to further investigate this person.

Regardless, if you recognize the name Northwestern University, it's similar enough. Where on Earth did you live?

San Diego. Just moved back from a city called Metropolis. And no, I'm not from a comic book version of Earth.

I see. It's a different earth, then. There is no Metropolis here. San Diego, though...

I've never been outside the Chicago area, unfortunately.
