It's been a bit since I've bothered wandering out.

[murmurs more to himself as he casually sips his coffee, still wearing that strange black bodysuit.]

[casually trying to find his way to a bathroom, a pair of oldschool headphones on his head. He notices him out of the corer of his eye and pauses...and just watches.]

[can feel the eyes, turning to him. he doesn't say a thing, but stares back.]

[thinking this is the Roxas he knows, he arches a brow, and after a moment, he signs.]

WHAT'S WITH THE SUIT?

[watching him, he tilts his head. it's something he hadn't learned through his extensive prepping, and he almost feels inferior. he doesn't show much though, not quite sure how to answer him.]

[he waits, and when he receives no answer, he blinks.]

HELLO? ROXAS?

[breathes out slowly, staring down at himself.]

I don't understand.

[peers up.]

Can you even hear me?

[Brows furrow in confusion as he reads his lips. He doesn't say or do anything at first, and then after a few moments of silence, he shakes his head and reaches up to motion to his ears. Or he would have, if he wasn't still wearing his headphones.]

[so he stands, figuring that was the case in the end. his feet carry him forward, body stretching as much as he can while guiding Axel to bend forward. eventually, if Axel follows through, their foreheads will touch, palms pressed to the redhead's temples. he's trying his best to relax and concentrate.]

[he doesn't resist much, just blinks, confused and curious. he leans down, only slightly hesitant, and finds himself with his forehead pressed to Roxas'. talking isn't really something he enjoys, but he's too close to sign and Roxas doesn't understand anyway, so he murmurs.]

...What are you doing?

[breathes out again, mindful of Axel's face. slow, steady, he's trying to tap into his mind through a stray wave that'll drag him back in, but they're so small and hard to find that it takes so much energy to be able to identify them. after a moment longer, he links them, and soon what he thinks is able to be 'heard' by Axel via thought.]

I'm trying a more complicated way to speak with you since I'm too lazy to find a pen and some paper.

[waits...and waits... and after some more waiting, he starts to think that maybe Roxas is a little off his rocker. Doesn't understand sign language suddenly, and now this? Definitely weird. ..But then suddenly, he 'hears' Roxas, and he almost jumps out of his skin, his eyes widening. He blinks, and then swallows, exhaling slowly. He murmurs again.]

That's....that's a little j-jolting, kid...

No fair you get to drink coffee.
