[ooc; hayner is the one of the three last surviving humans on earth, having been miraculously saved at birth from something akin to the bubonic plague. :c instead of being a normal hayner who's bubbleheadedly, he's very intelligent from years of cramming in his head. he lives in an organization like the CIA/FBI under very close supervision. he's best friends with olette and roxas, the other two survivors.]
