[And back to quietly sitting, doing nothing, the Lexaeus Funtime Hour.]

[and this is probably why he's not bad, tail slowly turning to spaghetti.]

[His eyes close, body as still as ever, just breathing in through his nose, out through his mouth, slow.]

[that's certainly an odd way to take a nap. those ears of his perk up.]

[It's not a nap, but it is difficult to tell the difference.]

[that much is dawning on him.]

[curious cat is curious, creeping over.]

[Lexaeus remains as still as ever, barely moving save for breathing.]

[we've replaced the empty space in front of Lexaeus with Riku; let's see if he notices.]

[Oh, he does. But he doesn't show a single sign of it.]

[which explains the waving hand, the folded-back ears ...]

[Eyes don't open. Just speaks.]

[and now for Riku uncharacteristically flopping backwards in surprise.] ... ... ...

[spooked cats are sort of funny.]

[And now eyes open, calm as ever.]

Cats are usually quite tense.

[yes, although he's calming back down, reassuming the position. such an interesting and large man to blink up at.]
