So, this is what the afterlife is like.

I can't really tell if I'm in Heaven or Hell.. On one hand, everything's on fire (More than one Axel?). On the other hand, I am not on fire.

It's a good start?

eta: [ooc; I forgot to mention that this is an AU Sora~ He was killed while doing his Keyblade thing, and now his spirit is wandering and trying to find his way back home <3~]

[He can do nothing but parry at this point; he needs to back off and evaluate Aros's movements properly. Sora shoves at Aros and backpedals, crouched low in a defensive stance.]

[Aros crouches there, flexing his talons. From all he can tell, this Sora is larger, slightly strong, slightly more experienced, a bit faster, and more mature. Still, it's nothing to a humanoid heartless.
With a growl, he lurches forward for a low swipe with his talons, but in the same movement kicks up his legs over his head -- aiming to kick the other in the face]

[Having anticipated a frontal attack, he chooses to cast a spell and quickly draws the Keyblade closer to him. Fire erupts around him, acting as a shield. Hopefully the spell will distract Aros long enough for him to end this quickly]

[Flames. Fire. Nothing that something made of concentrated darkness need fear. Roaring from the "pain" of the flames ripping into his body he slams into the other, his claws attempting to rip into the shoulders even as his legs try to wrap around the chest]

[All right, the elements clearly aren't going to work on Aros. He'll have to rely on the Keyblade alone if he wants to win, or make an escape. However, instincts quickly override discipline as he desperately tries to pull Aros off.]

[Oh, it works -- that stung quite a bit, but he'll live. Still, the struggle gives him more than ample time to rip into Sora's shoulders with his claws, trying to disable Sora's arms -- because he knows he can't physically overpower him. He's already starting to be pushed off]

[He suffers quite a few gashes before finally pulling Aros off and backing away. At this point, the injuries to his shoulders are too severe to continue fighting; he will have to back down and get to somewhere safe. A pity, really- he hasn't surrendered a fight in quite a long time. He'll have to find a way to counter Aros's speed]

[Aros would love to just rip out his chest cavity here and now, but he's curious about something. As such, his claw shoot out and grips the other's shoulder, probably causing him enough pain to halt him a for a moment.]

You're older.

[The statement is simple, but the voice has an infernal echo]

[He winces and stops, reaching up with a hand to pull Aros's claw off]

Yeah... So?

Am I still sealed to you?

[The questions been nagging him since the moment he saw it]

[He doesn't feel entirely inclined to answer, however something about Aros is bothering him as well]

Probably.. You are my darkness, aren't you?

Kairi.

[That's all the answer he feels he needs to give that]

[It's an answer he didn't want to hear. He shoves at Aros angrily, done with fighting and the conversation.]

[There's a hiss almost like a snort, and he disappears as quickly as he appeared]
