[Riku is taking a stroll through the dressing room. He's dressed for cool weather, with a long-sleeved hooded t-shirt, pants, and...slipper socks. Not entirely unusual, but the brightly colored bat perched on his head might be. He doesn't have a particular destination in mind, but is instead taking the path that seems to be the most interesting.]

[they're close enough to the narwhal room so this is a good closet to look through. Kira will open the door after a polite knock, then root around for heavy coats and boots for the both of them]

[No, he knows what she means, but that is what it sounds kinda like she's suggestion. He'll help her look, raising an eyebrow at the door-knocking. Interesting.]

[door knocking is polite! when Kira opens the door to the closet, the inside will be very neat and organized and she'll head right in to find what they need; Riku can look for boots his size]

[He shakes his head, heading into the closet himself. He's not discussing his sexual preferences with Kira, especially in the middle of a public hallway. Once he finds boots his size, he'll duck out of the closet to put them on.]

[Kira will find herself boots as well, and warm parkas for the both of them]

Too bad there aren't those hand warmer heater things. Ooh... do you want a scarf?

[He and cold weather don't really agree with each other, though he's slowly getting more used to it.

He finishes lacing up his boots (which are about half a size too big, but oh well, and will take the parka and scarf, once she finds the latter.]

[Kira finds a nice scarf that matches Riku's outfit, then quickly starts bundling up with practiced ease; she's visited the narwhals enough to know how cold it gets]

[He wishes he had all this clothing back in the Land of Dragons. Despite being made of heavy black leather, his coat was fairly useless against cold air and snow.]

[Nope. You're not a Sora and thus that won't work. He raises an eyebrow at the face, glancing to the side briefly when his bat flutters out of the closet, a scarf partially draped over it's body and dragging along the floor.]

...Fine. But no pom poms. I'm not a moogle.

[a Sora is her Mama, so maybe the woobie genes passed down! Kira looks endlessly pleased anyway though]

It wouldn't be a red pompom! Oh, and it looks like Mango wants to stay warm too.

[That might be it, yes. Riku rolls his eyes, laughing a bit as he plucks the scarf off of the bat as he flies by.]

Heh, yeah. I don't know if he actually can get cold, though. Go find your hat.

[Kira is quick liek ninja and soon enough a hat with ear flaps is being plopped on Riku's head and Kira finishes buttoning herself up, and adding a jaunty scarf for herself as well]

I'm ready! And if Mango gets cold, we can keep him warm.

[He agreed to the hat and so he will have to live with it. It's actually not so bad to wear when his hair isn't a ridiculous length.]

I'm ready as well. C'mere you. [Scooping Mango out of the air and against his coat, taking care not to squish his wings. The response is an indignant chirp, somewhat muffled by Riku's coat.]

[Kira will move to the next door down, which has a cheerful sparkly sign that says '~*~ Super Cute Narwhals ~*~' in Kira's handwriting; opening the door lets out a blast of cold air that makes Kira wince a bit]

I always hate that part.

[His track record with not offending her somehow is terrible, so he doesn't want to accidentally offend her this time and thus holds back a laugh. It is kinda amusing, though. He also winces at the cold air, glad that he did grab a coat.]

[Kira looks quite proud of her arts & crafts adventure, and will lead the way into the room]

And we have to walk a little ways, but thankfully there's no blizzard.

[He'll follow, trying to decide between putting his hands in his pockets and putting them inside his sleeves. Boo you, cold weather.

He settles for the pockets.]

Not very often, but sometimes. It'll just get sorta windy once we get closer to the ocean.
