[ Here's a Riku, about sixteen-seventeen years old, wearing casual clothes with a shockingly short haircut. Overall, doesn't stick out enough to approach. But she's asleep, dangling mid-air, slightly reclined, the Way to Dawn hanging from her grip. If anyone does approach her, they might get a surprise.]

[ooc: and then I canon updated. Riku's been missing from the DR since July 25th. There will probably be spoilers for KH3D as I'm pulling her post-game. (That's why she looks a little younger than she should - it won't last.)]

[She almost laughs.]

I've been here before. Do you know what this place is?

It's... I dunno. It's home?

[He's going to make a grab for her hand so he can swing their arms together. Naming the place never really occurred to him.]

...yeah, I guess it is.

[She lets him take her hand, and will swing them as much as he likes.]

D'you wanna eat ice cream?

[It sounds good for lunch!]

[That does make her laugh, and she kind of wants to check and make sure that's not a tiny Sora masquerading as a Riku.]

Sure. Lead the way.

[Nah, just a kid who thinks he just tricked someone into letting him have ice cream for lunch instead of Real Food. He gives a whoop and immediately starts tugging her toward the kitchen.]

[Riku doubts whatever guardians he has care enough about him eating ice cream for dinner if they let him run off to talk to what might be strangers.]

[If they're even still there. He's immediately letting loose her hand as soon as they get there to start shoving a chair up to the counter so he can reach the bowls.]

[She picks him up by putting her hands beneath his armpits and swinging him up off the chair and to the ground.]

You get the spoons.

Aw, okay.

[He digs in the drawer, coming up with two really big spoons that look perfect for digging into ice cream.]

[Good boy. She'll get the bowls and then move for the ice cream, which she can't believe she's settling in for when she should really be finding all of her friends she really needs to talk to, after everything that happened, but.]

[Ice cream is good at any time in his opinion, but if she mentioned the friends thing there's a good chance that'll trump it.]

Don't forget the sprinkles!

[It kind of does. But she's not leaving yet.]

You know where they are?

Up there. Can I get them?

[He's pointing toward a cabinet above the counter, full of spices.]

Only while I'm here.

[If he'll cooperate, she'll lift him up so he can set his feet on the counter. And she won't budge after that, so she can catch him in case he falls.]

[Gosh, as if he hasn't snuck and done this a million times now. He's rooting around in there like he owns the place, and cheers when he finds what he's looking for. They're rainbow sprinkles in the shape of Mickey Mouse heads. He's going to turn and hop into Riku's arms afterward, with little warning.]

Got them! Catch!

[Doesn't matter. If he cracks his head open when no one's around then it's certainly not her fault. She catches him easily, if a little wide-eyed.]

Good job.

[The DR is handy for restarts.]

[It is, that's true. She'll carry him to the table and set him feet-first on the chair, now.]
