[Bright sunlight's playing in through the stained glass windows that line this wide hallway, casting splashes of colour over the tiles and the tram tracks down the centre. This is not going un-noticed by a blue-haired toddler in a pushchair, who's giggling and trying to get out to touch them.]

Xeha's heart says there'd be no harm in taking her over into the labs. Just running a quick scan or two. Seeing what things look like at this early an age, given he doesn't know when the chance'd present itself again.
His head, however, is trying its best to stop that little idea from staying put. No. Not setting any precedents. Not going to go anywhere that could be the old slippery slope down to 'just one more experiment won't hurt'. Not going to - ah, rats, there goes that plushie -]
