antipodean here has discovered the simulation room, and after a bit of trial and error, has managed to get it to not try to kill him. That is, he's fighting low-level Heartless at the moment.

darkyang is in the kitchen, trying his hand at cooking by following written directions! It's not hard in theory, and he has managed to produce a small stack of not-burnt pancakes so far. Victoly is his.

juniorheroine is going through a closet full of girls' clothes, trying to find something that's not a dress.

notacopy has discovered his love for video games. Or actually just discovered video games in general. Either way, he's currently immersed in a Zelda game, which is loud enough that one can probably hear it out in the hallway. What is volume control?

lightyin is a bit younger than usual. Somewhere around nine or ten, and not very happy about it. To make matters worse, his clothes didn't change with him, so it's a chore just to walk around.]

[And he'll likely add that Shiru suggested it, too.]

[Shiru wouldn't mind that. They don't get along that well anyway, and that bit of information wouldn't change their relationship. Also brb going to the fridge for milk to go with these pancakes.]

[Sora's going to poke his head under Shiru's arm as he opens the door, peering inside as well. A lot of it looks so foreign to him, and he's still not sure what's safe to eat.]

Everything looks so different from when I looked yesterday...

[Not the soda, at least. Sora's going to get the jug of milk set on his head--not left there, as Shiru's still holding it, but still there.]

Want anything? I was just getting milk.

I don't know what most of it is.

[Oof. He's looking upward now without moving his head.]

I know most of it. I need to take some stuff to put in the other fridge.

[He removes the milk from Sora's head, stepping back from the open door.]

Okay, then what's this?

[He's pulling out some tupperware with what looks to be meatloaf inside. Certainly something he's never encountered before.]

[~~Aerith's cooking?~~ He peers at the tupperware. It doesn't look familiar to him either.]

No idea.

[He'll go ahead and open it then, cautiously. It doesn't appear to be as bad as Aerith's cooking, no.]

It smells okay.. Looks really weird though.

Maybe you should try it and see if it's edible.

[He agrees that it looks weird.]

No way, you first.

[He's not trusting anything he doesn't see someone else already eating, if nothing else than to be sure it is edible.]

You're the one that took it out.

Only to see if you knew what it was.

I'll try some of it if you try some, too.

[You are a terrible test subject, Sora.]

Okay. You first, unless you're scared.

[He hasn't lived this long without being careful!]

...I'm not scared.

[And to prove it, he'll break off a piece of the meatloaf and pop it in his mouth. Not quite his favorite thing, but nothing tastes off about it. He swallows, then licks his fingers before talking again.]

Your turn.

[At least he knows how to push Shiru's buttons already. Sora's smirking a little, but then he's watching the boy's reaction carefully. He breaks off a small piece for himself, but pauses before popping it into his mouth.]

What's it taste like?

Some kind of meat. And ketchup.

[He's never had hamburgers before, so he can't compare it to that, but he knows it's meat.]

Ketchup?

[Unidentified meat? Okay, here goes... He doesn't seem to like it very much.]
