[Good morning, DR. That was an ear-splitting, utterly panicked and terrified scream you just heard ringing through the streets. If anyone wants to follow it, they will find Kira crumpled on the ground. It looks like she's been attacked. Or having a seizure. Possibly both.

Fashionistas might note that Kira is wearing hightop sneakers with legwarmers, one neon yellow and one hot pink leggings which can be seen through the rips and holes in her tight acid washed jeans, and an oversized grey shirt that would hang off one shoulder considering that its sleeves and collar (and most of the bottom of it) have been ripped off. There's jelly bracelets of every color lining her arms, and there is way too much hairspray in her hair.

Please help.]

[It's okay, Kira! You don't have to suffer alone! Your darling cousin is running to your rescue, though he might just make the situation worse. Not only is he dressed terribly and grungy (last on the right, mostly -- how is he even holding a jacket that heavy on his skinny shoulders?) with a grand number of tacky accessories and magically pierced ears, he also has a mullet. But it's a classy mullet. He is appropriately horrified by her appearance, at least.]

[Nocturne is currently dressed up like some sort of grunge rocker. His hair, of course, is completely normal by his standards, because really he fits right in.

He comes running when he hears Kira's scream, and kneels down next to her. After a moment passes and he doesn't see any obvious signs of injury - and does see what she's wearing - he relaxes slightly.]
