Oh, dear.

[Aqua would be sitting on her favourite bench in the park right now. That is, if she had the slightest idea where her favourite bench had gone. And if her current ensemble was allowing her to sit down comfortably - too many petticoats... As it is, she's leaning on a statue.

In front of her are lined up a small collection of creatures. Keyblade-like creatures. Observant folks may have noticed the odd one of them wandering around in the past - but the fact this group are dressed up in tiny powdered wigs and the likes is a little different. A little Stroke of Midnight is trying to pull a puffy dress off without success.]

What are we going to do with you?

[There is a Riku approaching in her own unique costume, her posture tense and ready to fall into battle if necessary. She looks exceedingly uncomfortable.]

What is that?

[Ah. Trying to be reassuring, Aqua gives her a smile.]

If you're talking about these ridiculous outfits, I have no idea. If you're talking about these - [a handwave towards the creatures]- They're just friends.

[there's some laughter from nearby, coming from this guy, who is dressed in appropriate attire as well. ...not the dress, of course.]

[Hearing, she looks over, a look of a vague amusement in her face.]

It is a bit ridiculous, isn't it?

More than a bit, I'd say.

[he makes his way over, looking down at all the little keyblade critters.]

The DR is nothing if not thorough.

That's certainly true.

[A couple of them stop fussing to look over at him.]

I woke up and they were just about jumping on my bed about this mess.

I don't blame them. I'm pretty glad I wound up in guy clothing for this.

[watch, he's jinxed himself- except no, he'll not be crossdressing this event. probably.]

I just don't have the figure for a dress, you know?

[not that that's stopped the DR before.]

[She laughs lightly.]

It wouldn't really suit you, no.

That outfit of yours looks like a complete pain.

[he sounds sympathetic. he's thankfully never been stuck in a dress that bad, but it doesn't look like much fun.]

Nah. I get the outfits. It's just another spell. What do you mean, 'friends'?

[They look like... well, like any other enemy that's been here. Possibly less hostile. And more Keyblade-based. It's... alarming.]

It hasn't been fun, I can tell you that. I can't wait until it goes back to normal.

[Whose idea were all these ruffles. Seriously.]

I don't blame you. I'm guessing trying to even remove a layer doesn't work?

[Very savvy, Riku.]

I made them. They - look out for me. Give me a bit of company.

[Beat things up for her if needs be, but she's not mentioning that one in a hurry.]

[A laugh-] Believe me, I've tried.

I thought as much. But it was worth suggesting just in case you hadn't, right?

[Today, Braig is looking a good deal more formal (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/32/Crowle1760s.jpg) then he usually does, and while he knows well enough to keep away from Aquas as a general rule, the same can't be said of his little friends.

So Aqua might just find a handful of very unusual Keywraiths mixed in with hers and there's no mistaking that flash of red at their necks.]

Always. I suppose you've had the same problem?

[As she scans the group, it's not hard to miss the new arrivals. What-? She doesn't recognise them, for sure. They're not ones she remembers creating.

And she'd have remembered that.

With a frown, she pushes towards one of them, and as best she can bends down to pick at its scarf.]

What in the worlds...

[It twitches away a little as she picks at the scarf, and chirps what might be a 'hey that's mine!' It's probably been unintentional picking up Braig's mannerisms.]

No. That can't be right.

[She moves around it, looking at the details. It looks oddly familiar, now she thinks about it, apart from the scarf... but since when...?]

You're not even a key. Shouldn't be one.

[It's not easy for a Keywraith to look offended, but this seems to have managed well enough. It is too a key and it whistles something that manages to sound highly uncomplimentary.]

[Her eyes narrow.]

You're a jumped-up arrowgun from what I can see of you. Who created you? Why?

[Because she can't see any good reason to make one like this for herself...]

[It looks like it's going to answer, but before it can, Braig steps into view. He doesn't have the matching key summoned, but it's pretty obvious that he's used to seeing the little guys.]

Now see, I would've thought the answer'd be the same as for all these other little dudes.

[Oh, boy. Body language (as much as is visible) and tone of voice both icy, she turns to look him dead in the eye.

It's fairly obvious there's no love lost on her end.]

No. Because I'm fairly sure there's no way that such a key could even exist. And I'm hardly in the mood to give out presents to ...

[Interlopers, meddlers, enemies.]

[And this is why he's learned to stay away from Aquas. Still, he takes a moment to take in her reaction to him and then very pointedly calls up his Keyblade. He is, however, very careful to keep it not at all pointed in her direction.]

I don't know about that. Y'see, something tells me you aren't the only one who can give these things out.
