[It wasn't that he had no sense of direction. If asked, Sora would say that was definitely not the reason why he was lost. No, he was lost because no one had ever taught him how to properly read a map and his star navigator was currently MIA.

Which was why he was currently wondering around Traverse Town looking like a lost puppy, searching for anyone who looked familiar. Or, you know, someone who could save his butt by pointing him in the right direction. Whichever happened, at least the lost puppy was smiling, waving and saying hello to every random person he met.

Oh, and did he mention it's raining? Yup, this day was going just perfectly. Anyone care to come save him?]

[Well there is an eighteen year old Namine walking around who notices Sora. She's got an umbrella so she'll come to fall into step beside him, shyly offering to share it with him. She likes Soras.]

[There's a female Roxas peering out of the open door of an ice cream shop, watching him like he's nuts. She's got a bar of ice cream in one hand (seasalt, predictably) and pokes her head out of the door to yell at him over the rain.]

[He almost recognizes the voice, but he had only heard it a few short times and it obviously wasn't the same. Even so, he turns at the sound of it, searching for the face that would match the voice.]

[ Decked out with an umbrella and raincoat, Roxas really -couldn't say he was too surprised to see Sora out and about. Since arriving here, he'd probably seen everyone and at least a few different versions of most of the people he either did or should know. Of course, certain people ended up getting met with more hostile reactions than others, but when it came to his Other, he was never really quite sure how to react.

It was a mess that generally led to getting no questions answered as any encounter with any Sora just resulted in casual chatter.

Well, something about this one seemed like he was doing a little more worse for wear. So he figures that he'll make his way over while the boy greets another random passerby and make his presence known by holding his umbrella over the other boy's head. ]

You know, looking at you, I can only wonder if I look that bad when get lost.

[ Despite the tone, the expression on his face reflects rather clearly just how the intent of the remark is more playful than condescending. And hey, he's trying to be nice here by sharing his umbrella, so that certainly must mean that there's no ill will here, right? ]

[Aahh, dryness. Much better than being stuck out in the rain. Turning his head, he tried to find the source of the sudden dryness, finding his other instead, holding an umbrella over the both of them.]

[ Wait for it. Yup. Took a good couple seconds past that greeting for the playful jab to sink in. Frankly, Roxas will just let his amusement and mood go with the part where he just got a giant smile. Even if Sora tended to hand those smiles out like candy on Halloween Night, he wasn't going to deny that this was a welcome encounter in the least. Plus, who knew? Maybe he'd actually avoid getting side-tracked and manage to get a little more understanding and insight into the mind of his other today.

I don't know... if I ever thought I looked lost getting my bearings in Twilight Town that first time, I think you look twice as confused.
