[You know what this place needs? Shenanigans. The Heartless Cupcakes have collectively decided that their main hunting method of hanging around kitchens until someone comes by to try and eat them is not very effective in raking in those tasty tasty Hearts. So they're going on the offensive. The Cupcakes are roaming the DR for strong Hearts and are ready to attack in packs (a baker's dozen, of course). They're fast, relentless, and spawn faster than Barrel Spiders. They also taste like Daaaaaaaaaarkness.

If you're wandering around, you just might have a wave of delicious Darkness-laden confectioneries coming out of the shadows to eat you.]

... you know what. he doesn't even care. brb summoning Claymore. tasty-looking Cupcakes or not, they're Heartless and cleaning out a infestion of Heartless is a good way to pass the time. ]

[the cupcakes are certainly not pleased at being attacked and will retaliate in kind, swarming out of your own shadow to... try and attack your ankles; do you have a Heart? do you? do you?]

[ icing, sugar and Darkness is going to splattering like a bloodbath all across the ground as the beserker whips his Claymore expertly around. he hasn't entered Berserk Mode and little intentions of doing so.

[Maybe you will change your mind soon because once the Cupcakes sense your Heart, they will be attacking more furiously, a dozen of them launching kamikaze attacks as they fling themselves AT YOUR FACE, frosting getting all over your hair and clothes with little poofs of Darkness and tiny little pink Hearts; they just need to distract you enough for Cupcakes to start launching themselves at your chest to get at the tastiness within]

[ if Heartless had blood, Isa would be absolutely covered in it by now. It's like he's being attacked by pesky little bombs that explode into Darkness and frosting and it is really annoying.

[One good thing is that the Cupcakes are easier to defeat than even Shadows, it's just their overwhelming numbers that can wear you down; your Heart is very strong and must taste delicious, so the Cupcakes build up for one giant kamikaze attack...

... think fast, a tidal wave of Cupcakes is falling on you]

At least the Cupcakes are delicious... except for the fact that they're trying to overwhelm you and take your Heart. You have no time, so make it.]

there is now a Berserk Isa, yellow eyes blazing, blue hair spiked out and standing on end, and wielding an extra spiky claymore; charging straight at the incoming tidal wave, claymore raised high. ]

[the splatter of frosting and Darkness is going to bathe the whole area, like it's raining cupcakes or something; but you've succeeded and whatever Cupcakes survived your onslaught have decided to retreat... for now. Enjoy the spoils of war, they taste delicious!]

he licks the frosting off his fingers. Darkness, Isa muses to himself, tastes like chicken. ]

[excuse you, they taste like evil Devil's Food cake or something like that... also, the Cupcakes hold grudges, and now you're on their Hit List]

[enjoy your confectionery stalkers then, because they'll attack again when you least expect it... or mostly whenever you enter a kitchen]

[He has a Heart, but they'd have to fight to get to it. He also has one in a jar. They probably wouldn't be able to get to that one, either.]

[Riku pauses mid-step with a look of suspicion on his face. He quickly looks back, only to see what looks like a mysterious cupcake invasion taking over the street.

[a dozen Cupcakes break off from the pack and head towards you, intent on getting at those tasty tasty Hearts]

[They feel familiar to him in the way that all Heartless do, but... Cupcakes? Maybe they're a new strain he hasn't seen yet. He looks ready to blast them with dark fire either way. What do those Heartless think when they get close enough to sense the Ansem lurking just beneath the surface?]

[... the Cupcakes will continue to attack unless you try to control them, but even then they're vicious little backstabbers and only one thing will get them to truly obey you]

[He will attempt to control them, the Darkness in him rising up. So does a ring of dark fire around him, just in case. He isn't ready for a fight, not with the chance of his jar breaking.]

[the Cupcakes pause in their attack, attracted by the Darkness, but still mill around your feet in an agitated fashion; one even tries a test divebomb of that jar there]

[It is going to be unceremoniously smacked away by the back of Riku's hand. He isn't sure whether to lick the icing stuck to him afterward or lick it off.]

Ugh..

[actually, eating the Cupcakes is a way to get them to obey you, since most people don't want to try it even if they taste ~~like Daaaaaaarkness~~ delicious]

[It is just icing.. right? He'd rather give it a taste to be sure first before smearing icing across his clothes anyway. Which is exactly what he does, licking his lips afterward and eyeing the cupcakes thoughtfully.]
