[Suddenly! He is handcuffed to a rather thoroughly put out Zexion, although this mostly shows on his face as as mild irritation.]

A question I find I would very much like to have the answer to.

Oh hay, sceadu. P: /Cirrus

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 02:35 am (UTC)(link)
[ With a brief sneer, he relaxed the tension in the chains binding them together. Better Zexion than others being bound to him. The flower-- FLOWER. Why flowers!? Augh.

Either way, it turned brown at the center with red lining the tips. He was calm, but something was pressuring Vexen and causing mild distress, making him rather rigid and terse. ]
You speak as though you're the only one, Zexion. Shiva help whomever fired these arrows at me, painless or not.

Hold your arm steady. [ A blunt order while trying to chill the metal enough to make it brittle. ]

Oh hi thar! 'sup?

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 02:43 am (UTC)(link)
[Both the flower changing colors and the tension are noted, although Zexion makes no comment on either. He knows better than to put further pressure on Vexen when he gets like this.]

You know I can't trace the origin of spells.

[His tone is perfectly calm as he holds his arm steady for Vexen.]

Nada mucho, just chillaxin, brah.

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
[ Good. Because after the metal appeared thoroughly frosted, Vexen gave a jerk. And it didn't break. He just snapped his head around to look forwards again cause Zexion, has he ever told you how piercing those cobalt eyes are?. ] Hmph.

Wonderful. In the very least, then, you should put your nose to use and determine how close the nearest keyblade wielder is. I have more important matters to tend to than catering to some fool's desire for amusement.

[ Freezes the flower over as well, giving it a swat. Frost is just knocked off while the red bleeds in to the center. ]

Cool, cool

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 03:17 am (UTC)(link)
[The deepening red on the flower gets a raised eyebrow this time. Red for blood? Or something much more traditional? Or is it it 'rage' instead. The last is the most likely given Vexen, but then again, the handcuffs are a far cry from being normal.]

The place is all but filled with them. I'm surprised you haven't noticed. Still, I believe a moment's walk should find us in the company of one of them.

You know. Giving Vexen a hard time. Pretty fun.

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 03:53 am (UTC)(link)
[ More or less traditional, but if it's any help to someone as knowledgeable as Zexion, it might be helpful to have

[ More or less traditional, but if it's any help to someone as knowledgeable as Zexion, it might be helpful to have <a href="http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090511153535AA65QAr"this chart. ]

Of course I've noticed! It's impossible not to considering how obnoxious they are about possessing a keyblade. They're a dime a dozen, especially here! [ Snapping his book shut to place in the box, he started heading in the direction of a hardware store, focusing on his plan with a set scowl, going over names of various diseases in his head. Long strides are long. ]

Given just about anyone a hard time is fun, although I'll admit Vexen's reactions are the best

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 04:01 am (UTC)(link)
[Flowers have never really been his thing - he leaves that to Marluxia - but he's turning over possibilities in his head all the same as he follows Vexen. He's having to hurry slightly to keep up too. One of the curses of being shorter than just about everyone and he's debating some judicious use of Float to make things easier.]

I'll admit they can be quite the irritation. But all one needs is to know how to best put them to use.

[And yes, that is a slight smirk.]

...fffffhtml fail. And they always are. >: He's so fun when his feathers get ruffled.

Something the Neophytes seem reluctant to learn.

From what I've gathered from observations during my stay here, my original hypothesis has proven very much true--Most of Sora's manifestations are still far too fragile and naive to tame the darkness to any extent. Riku, however..I need to collect new data to prepare a new replica based off of his current status. Hopefully one of a number of manifestations for further study.

[ Normally he tried to keep Zexion's stride in mind, but it was difficult when focusing on rarer diseases of various organs to escape the lingering smells around the shorter member. He is a scientist. Pursuits were a waste of time. What's more, Zexion is an understudy and Even raised Ienzo. No. No. This has never happened. This shouldn't be happening now. ] For now, we'll be referring to more arcane methods to remove this inane restraint. I don't have the patience for children.

[ Red had taken over the flower by this point, but black seemed to be rimming the edges now with pink blooming at the center. :| Marluxia fucks him over without even being here. What is his life. ]

It happens to everyone. And yes~, he is.

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 04:29 am (UTC)(link)
It's their loss, and I see little reason to correct such a failing. Too many hands would be unwise.

[And would make his own machinations all the more obvious.]

As for Sora, I would generally agree. However, there are Keybearers here who seem to be unrelated to either, though I've yet to attempt to speak with any of them.

[pause]

Your flower seems to be dying.

Re: It happens to everyone. And yes~, he is.

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 05:05 am (UTC)(link)
We should have stopped at seven, if not beforehand. The neophytes are beyond impetuous, obnoxious, disrespectful and troublesome.

If you're referring to the keybearers encountered in Radiant Gardens, then I can't give you much information publicly. As for the others running amok in this ramshackle nexus, they would presumably have even less skill than Sora! Considering the nature of our bodies, they would be terrible for such a delicate task as removing these horrendous things and I have no plans of fading due simply to a child's ignorance!

[ There's a quick glance as if to the flower as he pulls them right into the hardware store. ] Good. Let it wither. [ Black and pink, menace and sexuality, seemed to be struggling for dominance, for Vexen was having a difficult time controlling a suddenly chaotic and demanding libido. Luckily, the fates seem to have taken mercy on him this time, as his given element of ice is being put to a very clever and discreet use. ]

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 05:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Perhaps we should have. But the choice was more Xemnas' than our own.

[He's not too sure that Vexen's quite right about about the other keybearers, but it's a moot point, what with them heading into a hardware store and all.]

You've met some of them then.

[The keybearers that once came to Radiant Garden, that is.]

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-12 06:58 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, well.. [ He trailed off. There were things he could say, but would never. ]

Of course I have! you were there, assuming you're the Zexion from my realm. But it's not something that should be discussed so freely out in the open. [ Experience taught him that one never knows who's listening.

Strides along, right back to he PVC piping. Usually the company has a tabletop somewhere that cuts metal and PVC for customers. ]

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 12:15 am (UTC)(link)
A similar one, at the very least. I can hardly promise the precise details will be exactly the same, but similar enough for this purpose.

[He won't get into the deals unless asked, but he was once Ienzo-the-far-too-curious; Ienzo-the-quiet. And since that's what's being asked about, it suits for the time being.]

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 12:27 am (UTC)(link)
This is ludicrous. Not only are various members from any different universe, but there's not a way to tell precisely whom I can trust. [ He snorted, locating the tabletop circular saw. There were no employees around, but he was skilled enough wit dangerous machinery to figure it out after messing with the switches and buttons a moment. ]

Watch your arm. Whether or not you're the Zexion I'm familiar with, I don't care to ruin my reputation. [ His wrist was already in place, and he was focusing more on the saw than six, reading over what labels were on the machinery and table. ]

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
I'd prefer to not have my arm removed.

[Ergo, he is thus keeping a careful eye on the proceedings.]

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
[ Vexen was used to more specialized equipment, but its operation was similar enough to a few tools he used to operate it without much problem. Plus the crude instructions on the side illustrated the finer points his assumptions weren't able to conclude.

Tugging the hood over his head as a crude set of safety glasses, he moved carefully, easing the chain links to the saw. Anyone coming near were apprehended by Dusks while he focu--saw blade broke. ]
...

[ :| Turns it off quickly, thick half-dome of ice raising as the blade slowed, making sure the cracked piece didn't fly off. Even if the blade was worn down to little nubs where teeth once were. ] ...What in the worlds is this rediculous thing made of?

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 03:54 am (UTC)(link)
[Well, that's not quite what he'd expected to happen and he reflexively calls up a spell to shield himself from any bits of flying metal. Once it's apparent that Vexen has things under control, he lets the spell go.]

Something magically reinforced, perhaps?
Edited 2011-07-13 04:01 (UTC)

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 04:12 am (UTC)(link)
[ Of course he has it under control. The only time he doesn't have things under control is when those stupid neophytes get in his way. ]

In the very least. Were Lexaeus inclined towards the element of earth as I'm used to, he might be our next best option. [ Because he didn't want to run to a keyblade wielder. He would solve this problem on his own, without having to ask unschooled, untrained and bigoted children to assist him.

Speaking of flowers, pink was starting to win the battle, and Vexen was growing increasingly frustrated and distracted. Has Zexion always had such effeminate curves and that subtly commanding voice? ]
Earth magics are relatively rare, how rehearsed are you? [ Oooh, y so snappy, Vexen? ]

/plays that Lexaeus |Da

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 04:16 am (UTC)(link)
What element is he inclined to instead, if I may ask?

[Yeah, he's ignoring the comment about earth magic for now. He'll get back to it in a moment or so.]

xD Who are you /not/?

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 04:45 am (UTC)(link)
Lightning. [ He sounded so thrilled about it. ]

Well... the only other of mine that I've tossed at Vexen is ars_scientia

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 04:47 am (UTC)(link)
Has he made any indication that this change is limited to solely him, or would it be an effect that covers all of us?

Oh you were part of the awkward conversation.~

[identity profile] glacialis-nemo.livejournal.com 2011-07-13 05:34 am (UTC)(link)
I mentioned how your element of illusion would be useful in hiding the entrance to my laboratory until construction was complete, and he displayed confusion and suggested Saix instead. I'm assuming that it isn't limited to him, yourself, Twelve, or Seven.

It would be safe to conclude that our elements have been swapped with whomever commands natural opposites. [ Now this chain. Oblivion help him, he needed to run into a portal and isolate himself. There was a stern sneer on his features, but he was well aware of a flush to his cheeks, something that was difficult to hide aside from simply not facing Zexion.

Stop talking. You voice is tantalizing. ]

I was~

[identity profile] sceadu-gemynd.livejournal.com 2011-07-14 01:28 am (UTC)(link)
Intriguing.

[By which he mostly means that he'll have to go and look into this at some point later on. For science.]

That aside, I would be willing enough to offer my services in that regard should construction not yet be complete. As for the task at hand, I've never been an expert with earth magic.
