[ It looks like Riku's packed to go on a trip, dragging what would be a small truckload of items in a wagon down the street. Paper bags, mostly, with a heavy backpack secured over one shoulder. It's a particularly warm summer evening, and she's wearing a pair of baggy shorts with an equally loose t-shirt. One that falls off of her shoulders to reveal the yellow straps of what's probably a bathing suit underneath. But swimming isn't in her plans.

Now, there aren't many places to travel to in that particular kind of attire, and her destination is fairly predictable. She's heading toward the docks, after all. That being said, she's probably willing to take along some company. ]

Yeah, I don't think it's going to be that easy. Unless I find another fully stocked meat freezer, and I lost the one I had found after the DR changed shape.

[She could probably easily hunt one as a werewolf! Not that any humans could eat it, when her saliva would contaminate it and spread the infection. :D]

There's probably another one around here somewhere. Or the same one, just in a different place waiting for you to find it again.

Probably. I've been going through the rooms in the apartment building. It's a lot like the old DR.

I've noticed. Somewhat. I've only really gone into the apartment building to raid the kitchens.

Be careful in the elevators.

[First the food, then the residents, and now the buildings themselves. What next, the whole world? Ohwait...]

...What's up with the elevators that I need to watch out for?

Tentacles, zombies, lasers. Anything if you hit the wrong button.

So far, I haven't encountered any of those things. Thanks for the warning, though.

Sometimes extra buttons show up in the elevator. Just... don't chance it.

[Too bad there was no warning about elevators when he first got here. Not that there actually were any....]

If I don't recognize it, I usually don't touch it.

[Don't ever end up in the elevator with him; he'll remember this conversation and push all the buttons just to see what happens.]

[Knowing her luck, they'd end up in some sort of aphro room and then there would be clonecest. I mean.]

[And this is a bad thing because?]

I've been here five months...I'd be worried if I hadn't managed to learn some things to avoid messing around with.

So would I. I'd like to think my doubles have more sense than that.

I'd like to keep thinking that. So far, you're the only Riku I've met here.

You haven't talked to any others?

I haven't. I've seen them around, but I haven't talked to any of them.

Mm. Yeah. I still hate most Rikus.

[lightyin]

That makes me feel special.

[He's sort of joking, but he doesn't really want to be part of the hated Riku group.]

Well, this is probably one of the longest conversations I've ever had with another Riku.

[She's being serious. She really does not like most of them.]

[lightyin]

[He needs to meet some other Rikus so he can have opinions of them. So far, he feels that they're on the same level as Replicas, and he's not fond of them

He thinks she's interesting. Because she's a girl, but she seems to get offended when he points that fact out.]

I suppose that means I'm doing something right. Or you're more polite than I am and just haven't told me to leave you alone yet.

Nah. So far, you're one of the more decent Rikus I've met.

[She thinks he's nicer than she is! But she also thinks it isn't too hard to be that way, if you're not a Riku. She's coming up on a house now, by the way, shifting what she's carrying.]

[He might be! Who knows.]

Glad to hear that. Is this where we're going?

Yeah.

[See? Not far.]

[Indeed. He's still following, wondering if it's unoccupied like a lot of the other houses he's seen.]

Does anyone live out here?

I don't think so. Could be wrong, but I've never seen anyone else here.
