[ It looks like Riku's packed to go on a trip, dragging what would be a small truckload of items in a wagon down the street. Paper bags, mostly, with a heavy backpack secured over one shoulder. It's a particularly warm summer evening, and she's wearing a pair of baggy shorts with an equally loose t-shirt. One that falls off of her shoulders to reveal the yellow straps of what's probably a bathing suit underneath. But swimming isn't in her plans.

Now, there aren't many places to travel to in that particular kind of attire, and her destination is fairly predictable. She's heading toward the docks, after all. That being said, she's probably willing to take along some company. ]

[he jerks his thumb over his shoulder at his house, which is in the typical Destiny Islands style]

[Oh, right. She shrugs, and smiles more.]

Want some company for the walk to the dock? Errr... do you actually have a boat that will make it? Isn't Monstro in the water?

[She smirks.]

I can make it. I've been there before. But sure, company sounds good.

[Ri grins and shoves the rag into his back pocket and will step onto the sidewalk beside you]

I haven't actually gone out there yet. I'm not sure I want to.

[She will wait until he gets there to start moving again.]

I went with Kai the day everything changed. It... wasn't our best idea.

... because it was empty, right?

Mm. That was a big part, but it wasn't the worst. It's not... our islands. We're not the norm, remember?

Right. So it's more like my Islands, huh? Wait... what were the differences you saw? Things should be generally the same.

We didn't go inside.

[They hardly left the shore, actually.]

Oh. That bad, huh?

[he looks very sympathetic]

That bad. We didn't stay long.

[She smiles, and shrugs in a kind of 'what can you do?' way.]

I used to make Destiny Islands in the VR room, but I stopped after awhile. It just... wasn't the same.

[She... shakes her head.]

I could never bring myself to do that.

I did it just so I could sit on my roof like I used to. But... it really isn't the same. Even if I wanted it to be.

No, it wouldn't be.

[This conversation is depressing.]

You're just gonna sit there and be digested? Lame.

Of course not. I'll escape. I remember the layout. Even if I can't escape, I can open a portal.

Oh good. Because it would be lame if you gotten eaten by a giant space whale thing.
