[ In the light of the setting sun, a Kairi is wading backwards through the shallows at the beach, wearing a simple one piece swimsuit covered by an oversized blue t-shirt. Held carefully in her hands are the 'hands' of a Flood Unversed, which is flailing its legs in a rather comical manner. Kairi looks amused: it almost looks like she's trying to teach the thing how to swim. Of course, the tiny, bright pink water wings the Flood is wearing would also point to that.

A beach blanket is spread out a short distance from the shore line. Two Thornbites sit near it building a sandcastle while an Archraven circles overhead. A Scrapper is laying on the blanket as though it had been sunbathing, even wearing a pair of shades (despite the lack of proper eyes).

It's totally a normal day evening at the beach, what are you talking about? ]


(ooc: The Unversed present are a little lighter than the norm, and a tad bit more purple. The Thornbites' pots/lower halves are most definitely more pink than orange, too. Other Vanitae would find them a little difficult to control.)

[ The Archraven doesn't stop its circling, though Vanitas is getting the evil eye from it. The Thornbites seem content to ignore him, though if he touches their sandcastle he'd better be prepared for vines around his legs. ]

[ Her eyes narrow and she straightens a bit, the Flood attaching itself to her hip and scooting upward now that she's not holding onto it. ]

[ Her eyes narrow angrily and her cheeks darken, but she doesn't make any move toward him. She is, however, getting out of the water before he decides to hit her with a Thunder or something. ]

I have to wonder why you're even thinking about quality time between Ven and myself. Jealous?

[ They've been rather mellowed by the fact that she's, well, Kairi more than Vanitas personality-wise. After a moment she looks toward him; perhaps her own yellow eyes explain the way the Unversed are acting somewhat? ]

[ She lets go of one of the Flood's hands to offer a slight, uncertain wave. Sorry, she doesn't quite get why he's just... staring. ]

It's mostly just from the idea that she could have anything to do with Vanitas. At least like this. But he'll get over it.]

[ The Flood completely ignores him, just trying to get the hang of kicking (it's not doing very well). But Kairi looks at him, grining. ]

It was watching me swim, so I asked if it wanted to as well, but it didn't seem to know how. So I got an Archraven to go pick up some water wings for it!

It's been pretty great! I haven't been actively dismissing my little guys, since they know not to attack anyone, and they just sort of started gathering when I decided to go for a swim.
