There's yet another Door of Darkness popping open in Radiant Garden, a familiar enough sight around these parts and a person stepping out of it, ignoring the faint wisps of black clinging to their black cloak, and looking mighty confused as the silvernette blindly takes in his unfamiliar surroundings.

Obviously, this wasn't what he had expected to see.

There's a new Riku to add to the current collection, sleek black cell phone clenched in hand and a black blindfold smugly wrapped over his sharp eyes. Yet, strangely enough, there's a odd amount of Light -for a Riku of this time period anyway- swirling within him. ]

... This clearly isn't where I supposed to end up.

 

[ And then he 'spots', well, senses... multiplies of the same person. There are dozens, upon dozens of similiar but not scents overlaying this whole place and it's got him on edge. Had Xehanort and his friends already stumbled, actually, scratch that knowing them and their hero complexes, probably jumped feet-first into trouble or something?

And what's with the cell phone?

[Even would like to protest that 'hero complex' remark. He'll grudgingly admit that he's a decent man, but he's really only along to provide some semblance of sanity to the group - or so he sees it, anyway.]

Have a derp just sorta staring, all full of light. It's not often he sees 'kus, after all.]

Riku turns his head towards said derp, eyes shut behind the black blindfold -- he couldn't see with his eyes this way, after all, and so had adapted to probing with the Darkness/Light, forming shapes in his mind to show him what things were what, albeit with very little detail, if any, in hues of stark black and white, in soothing shades of grey.

Ventus smelled of new grass, fresh breezes and the heavy, heat-lathed winds that Rikus remembered came just before howling storms on Destiny Islands. And... At first, Riku almost mistook him for a Princess of Heart -he'd kidnapped several of those girls, he'd learned to recognized that sort of pure Light, Ventus's Light was so glaringly bright; almost painfully so. ]

... Guess not.

God, it's so weird. Like he's smelling himself. To the other Riku though, this fellow would... have a very strange feel to his Heart, though he smells much like an normal Riku. A hell lot more Light then normal for his time frame at least.

And Darkness. This Riku didn't even need "Ausem" to power up his Darkness levels, he's already got that covered. ]

... There's someone I'm trying to find, and a band of heroes I need to give a boot to the ass in the right direction.

On the other hand, this mirrorverse Riku? He kinda made a different choice in front of the Door to Darkness. Not noticing that jealousy.

The problem with his large amount of Light? It's too blinding, just like to other Rikus' Darkness is too addicting.

And at the other alternate's words, Riku here sighs and rakes his fingers though his silvery hair. ]

Damnit. Then here's to hoping Xehanort doesn't do something stupid while I'm gone...

But Riku likes the Light he has, because it keeps Ansem from getting out and bodyjacking him again. Or something like that.

The mention of Xehanort confuses this Riku. Not that it's really apparent except that the frown on his face has caused his blindfold to wrinkle slightly.]

Yes, no bodyjacking would sound like a perfectly acceptable idea to Riku, even if it's never happened to him personally. He likes having control of himself, thank you very much.
