[This is wall. It looks very much like any of the other walls of the DR.

And this is said wall rather abruptly falling to pieces. Or rather, derezzing as what is unmistakably a light disc comes flying through the former wall. For those who know or care about that sort of thing, the lights around it are a very lovely shade of orange.

For those of you who aren't, you may be interested instead in the figure that comes vaulting through the ex-wall - a figure dressed head to toe in black, with accents of light matching the disk (which he catches on its return trip). Who is he? That is a remarkable good question, given the tinted helmet that covers his face. But he's probably not a Vanitas, at least?]

Okay, well, this place is called the dressing room. I dunno where you were before, but this is a different world entirely.

It's really bizarre, and pulls people in from all kinds of different places, and traps them here.

[Oh, now that news is not welcome, and the growl comes right back. What does she mean, it's trapped them here?]

[crunch. ow. biting on the rock candy is not the best idea, but that startled her a bit.]

I don't really know why it does it, or how. Magic, I guess. But everyone here's stuck. I've been here for over a year now!

[...'year'? What is this 'year' you speak of?]

[well she can't very well answer if he doesn't ask! but the silence is pretty unnerving.]

[There's another long pause but eventually he speaks. His voice is heavily electronically distorted, just like his growl.]

Year. Definition?

[....wow, that's both creepy and cool at the same time.]

You don't know what a year is?

[He shakes his head. Why in Clu's name would he know what a year is?]

Well it's- um. It's a certain number of days. There's... three hundred and sixty-five days in a year. Annnd years are used to keep track of time, I guess?

--oh man, does that mean you don't have a birthday?!

[...So, they're like cycles, then?]

Define.

It's basically a celebration for the day you were born! It happens once a year, and that's how you keep track of how old you are, by how many birthdays you've had!

[Well, he has a compile date, but that's not really the same thing. Besides, most programs don't really bother celebrating how many cycles they are. But instead of answering vocal he just sort shrugs with one shoulder. Doesn't sound that interesting.]

But yeah, I've been here for over a year now. And some people have been stuck for waaaaay longer. Sometimes people get sent home, but no one really gets to decide when that happens.

[she pauses in talking for a moment to suck on her rock candy, frowning around it faintly.]

[Well. That is damned inconvenient, and his default expression of annoyance is yet another growl.]

[gah! that growl isn't making her jumpy anymore, but it's still pretty creepy!]

Anyway... I can't really do much for you except maybe offer a tour or something, if you want.

[His posture switches to one of irritation and disdain. Why would he want to go on a tour? He can find his own way around the place.]

[she can pick up on that much at least, and shrugs.]

It was just an offer! I guess all that's left to say is to watch out for the Heartless.

[Another word he doesn't know. Have yourself a slight headtilt, Sora.]

They're, um. basically monsters. They're usually either all black with yellow eyes, or if they're more colourful they've got a symbol on it, like a red heart with thorns in the middle. They steal hearts.

[Hearts. Yes, he knows that word, although he had to go poking though his data banks a bit to find it. So he nods his understanding, although he doesn't really seem worried about it.]

Okay, well, if you don't want a tour I guess I'll... let you get settled!

[There's another moment of silence, and then he just... turns his back on Sora and heads on out into the rest of the DR.]
