[ Perhaps just a little wishful for warmer weather, Riku's in the pool room. Her jeans are rolled up almost to her knees, but they're soaked all the same. So is her t-shirt, and her hair, which hangs dripping in her face. She's sitting on the edge of the pool, her legs swinging gently back and forth in the water. Her shoes are the only part of her that's dry, set neatly on a nearby chair with her socks folded into them, and there's a small, dark purple pet collar hanging on the back of the chair, complete with a silver name tag. There's no big story behind it, but it's probably an odd combination all the same.

It's early morning, what you could probably still call night, and, like usual, she's having trouble sleeping. ]

[She would laugh. That should happen. She'll take his arm either way, though, and then it's off to a kitchen.]

[awesome, they can prance there-- no I mean. did they have plans for something to eat?]

[I do not think it was mentioned, except in brackets, and that was something along the lines of 'something unhealthy'.]

[okay awesome, then they'll need to make something amazing, like dark chocolate and peanut butter waffles or something.]

[That sounds delicious but only a little unhealthy. Not that Riku would care if it made her bubble up in blue spots with that combination.]

So I was thinking we'd start off with something vaguely healthy like waffles with bits of mango in them and whipped cream or something, then follow it up with some unholy cupcake monstrosity of chocolate and peanut butter.

[The way she looks at him may imply that she's tempted to pick him up and haul them both to a kitchen at a quicker pace than this. In short: do want.]

[well, that was sort of the point. making things that she'd really like.]

[She guessed that when he mentioned all of her favorite sweets. It's making her smile, too.]
