[ There is a Riku stumbling out of one of the trams, half out of it and wearing a pair of loose jeans and a thin t-shirt to cover up her post-transformation bruises. Her feet and hands are stained with blood (her own), and she's picked up some cargo in the form of something small and furry that wouldn't leave her alone. Yes, a puppy. One that is currently following her out of the train, pawing at the ends of her jeans.

Mostly, she's wondering what's going on. She's just woken up after the night, having not made it back to her room. She hated leaving everyone behind like that, but a loose werewolf in the battleground wouldn't have helped anyone. ]

[ooc: back-dated to-- idk what point in the event, but the afternoon of the 20th, because unfortunately the baddies picked a fight just before the full moon and Riku had to run off to deal with wolfyness... and picked up a stray. ~~what are timelines, even~~]

[...is he serious? She looks like she's trying to figure that out.]

[He is, actually. Which is why he's hoping she'll agree to at least rest a few more hours, have a meal, some potions, etc.]

Go to the safe zone and rest a little. You're not exactly in top shape right now.

[She is frowning.]

I know that. But that's not going to help anyone.

And your stubbornness would lead to you fighting until you passed out or something, which would happen a lot quicker than usual.

[Because with his luck the dog would freak out and not shut up.]

Little ways off. That older Kai went and threw some Light barrier up over a couple rooms. Kitchen, bathroom, room with a couple couches and a TV.

[She is frowning, because it's just like him to put himself in danger.]

Hopefully it was important.

It was. Didn't want to potentially lose it with that room collapsing.

[Hey guess what happened to his kitchen!]

[The puppy is looking pretty comfortable and relaxed. It might fall asleep.]

[He doesn't seem very concerned, at least.]

[Well she looks it.]

Floor started cracking. It seemed like it had stopped for a while so I left, but decided to go back and grab a few things just in case.

[Riku makes a frustrated noise, shifting one of her hands to run through her hair.]

We should have been more prepared for this.

Only so much preparation you can do when it comes to rooms breaking.

I mean for the battle. We were slow to act.

[It frustrates her, that this has gone on this long.]

Well, not much that can be done about that now, aside from everyone who can fight doing what they're supposed to be.
