[this holiday has done wonders for Sora's mood. even with her problems lately and not so lately, Christmas makes everything better, even if it's a temporary feeling. the girl is in a room full of wrapping paper and boxes; she's seated in front of a fairly large number of small boxes, half of which are wrapped! she's wearing a Santa hat, of course, and some appropriately warm and seasonal clothing. a staff is on the floor nearby- Sora's taken to using magic a lot more than physical fighting recently (though of course she's still training normally), so when she'd finally seen that staff tucked away in one of the weapon rooms, she felt it would be a good choice.]

(ooc: Who's she wrapping for? Well, pretty much everyone! Most of the boxes contain little things: small handmade cards with wishes for a good Christmas and new year (complete with a Sora-level drawing on each one!), chocolates and candies. Some presents will have some rather expensive jewelry in them. Others might have something like a handheld gaming console with a game or three in them. As long as it's relatively small, it's possible it's in a box! Sora's been on the hunt for a while now. C: And she will be perfectly fine if people wish to open their gifts now instead of waiting!)

[ Out of habit, certainly, Terra lets events carry him along without putting up resistance. Celebrating christmas will make him feel good anyway, despite what happened last night. Only thinking of it, Terra gets goosebumps as though he's seeing Xemnas, right before him, practising self-mutilation with a look of pure madness. The keybearer couldn't tell why he stole the knife and left the room, in spite of all the supreme nobody had done in the past.

Terra walks past a room full of magic and small boxes. From where he is, he can spot a tiny girl looking down at something on the floor. He does likewise, raising an eyebrow when he notices that's a staff. Still, Terra doesn't enter the room, leaning against the doorway instead. ]

Hey, how are you doing Sora ? [ In fact, he's close to another version of Sora who is born female. So the young man is mistaking the girl for her, hence the familiarity with the young keyblade wielder wearing a Santa hat. ]

[Sora looks up from the present she's wrapping in surprise at hearing a Terra, giving him a bright smile automatically. but there's no recognition there aside from knowing who he is in general, not like there would be if she were the Sora he knew.]

I'm doing good!

[ By smiling at him, Sora had taken a great weight off his shoulders. If she felt good, there was no reason to worry about her. Peering over at the small boxes, he decided to offer his help. ] Wanna some help to wrap up the rest of the small boxes ?

Oh! Well, if you want, I guess! I don't really mind doing it myself.

[she'd already wrapped plenty, after all. she was fine wrapping the rest on her own, but if someone wanted to help, that was alright.]

You've bought all this stuff ? [ He doubted it seriously, especially when he spotted some rather expensive jewelry inside some of the small boxes. ]

Well, no, 'cause you don't have to buy stuff here.

[but she totally could have afforded it. she has soooo much munny from fighting Heartless, and nothing to spend it on.]

[Xeha, the silly, still has to sort his own presents out. So it's with a slightly sheepish smile on his face he comes over.]

Hey, Sora! Getting things ready?

Yep! I mean, I have the more personal presents done with... mostly... but I figure everyone can do with some holiday cheer, so I decided to get more!

Hey, if they're there to get, why not, huh?

Exactly! I mean, I'm not Santa... I don't know what everyone really wants. But this place has so much awesome stuff for free, so I've been collecting all kinds of things!

That's awesome! I've got a few things, but I still haven't wrapped anything... guess I'm going to be busy, huh?

You better get to work! It's almost Christmas, after all!

I noticed. [He gives a bit of a laugh, looking at his feet for a second then back up.]

Well, there's tons of wrapping paper and stuff in here! And it keeps coming back, too. I was in here the other day and used a bunch, and when I came back today it was like new!

I'll have to grab a load myself, then. I definitely didn't know this was here...

Neither did I, 'til I found it!

I'm sorry, I've been keeping to myself a lot lately! But I think it was good for me.

Has it been? Have you figured things out?

Not completely... but I'm not gonna be focusing on my Keyblade so much now. I can still fight without it, and I'll get it back some day. But there's more important stuff to think about now!
