[Here we have Kurt, wrapped in rather warm clothes, out in the gardens, just practicing while things are quiet. Usual exercises - what's new here, then?
Well, how about that sword? Not one of his usual pair... the thing's a double-handed job, even for him. And that's saying something. He seems far more awkward with it than with the familiar curved blades, but perhaps that's not surprising? Everyone needs to start somewhere...]

Training. I acquired this [twisting the giant sword] a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't tried it out yet.

[Good job he was already in the mood for it, hm? He swings round, brings the blade down to deflect the incoming blow, and gives a laugh.]

[it grins somewhat ferally back, launching a quick ground combo before leaping up for an air combo to force you to swing that heavy blade around for a real workout]

[He spins and twists it around to defend, attempting to ground the replica again before that aerial attack can hit.]

[this is where your strength and size make a difference; it has to block you blade and the force sends it back to the ground, though it lands on its feet with its blade in a defensive position]

You pulled that off better than I thought you would.

[ 'sup. KH hasn't changed into anything, and well.. doesn't really need too because she can CHANGE THE WEATHER keep herself warm with all of those hearts in her general make up, thank you very much. Her tactic for meeting Kurt this time is to sneak up on him and give him a gentle poke, an amused half smile on her face. If.. Kurt doesn't strike out of reflex or something, he'll notice that his girlfriend friend is. well. injured. ]

Well, I imagine it would be awkward changing something like that after being so use to something. I had something.. slightly similar happen to me a while back, though I'm sure Layla has told you about that little mishap.
