[Another day, another new room. This handsome derp here was headed for the library after a morning's training...

Only problem is, the library moved.

In its place is a much smaller room. The only thing in it is a row of tall oval mirrors set along the walls. Since this is the Dressing Room, they're not ordinary mirrors: the first one Terra approaches shows not him as he is now, but himself as a Keyblade Master sometime in the future, speaking to an apprentice of his own.

Terra stops and stares.]


((ooc: each mirror is a different hypothetical future, which may or may not have a snowball's chance in hell of actually happening. The scene can be a few months from now, eighty years from now, whenever you want. Again, they don't have to be true! Other people can see it too until you walk away. Open post, threadhopping encouraged, go nuts. Certain people may get Momxene instead.))

[seeing the future in the mirror isn't something one expects; catching a glimpse of his older self and Axel, however, isn't exactly mindblowing. but when he sees the next mirror, and it showing him back on Destiny Islands, he stops short and stares.]

[She doesn't wait for an answer, though, because the first mirror she steps in front of gets all her attention. The image within isn't pretty. Ri is involved, and his kitchen knives.]

[he's distracted enough from the image to glance over at Larxene, expression pretty much automatically going concerned.]

[It can't be far in the future, because Akane doesn't look more than three in this image. Akane in the mirror is fascinated, listening to her very pregnant mom's belly like she did with Sora, then shrieking with silent laughter when the baby kicks near her face.

Real Akane stares at the mirror for a moment, then looks up at Larx and points at the scene. "Mama! Mama, is Akane!"]

[This Riku was going to approach Terra, to see if he had any idea where the library had run off to, but she's distracted by her own mirror. The scene there is simple. Average Riku in an average room. Only... the she in the mirror isn't a she. It's an apparently male Riku with short hair, arms crossed, looking confident.]

[Kurt here is frowning at one of the mirrors. On one hand, it's not showing him letting loose - that could be embarrassing. On the other, it's rather embarrassing in another way. The him in the mirror is surrounded by kids, Heartless, and glowing light-creatures he can't identify. It's all rather ... cute.]

[he's staring when he happens to notice himself in one of the mirrors, the color draining from his face. there's no mistaking that it's him in the mirror, even if the mirror image is doing nothing that Riku himself is at the moment.

his mirror-self has a long, dark bruise alongside his left jaw, and a ring of lighter skin around his neck. doing dishes is innocent enough, so long as one doesn't notice he's got a chain around one ankle, fastened to a ring embedded in the floor.]

[she should recognize the room his mirror-image is in, if she's ever been to Never Was. he's so stunned that he isn't even registering that she's there, but he's started backing away from the mirror slowly]
