It was Malkav's sweet harlot who began the creed of infection, you see.
[The trouble with being dead is it becomes incredibly difficult for others to differentiate between your sleep or paralysing injury and a regular corpsified individual.
Now unfortunately Luxord isn't sleeping, but he can't do much of anything else with that stonking great piece of wood in his chest.
To top it all off, this not-quite-yet-corpsified-dead-man has ever so kindly been none-too-gently hurled from god-knows-where into a wall in a semi-populated area for nicely semi-embedded wall art.
Be a mate and pull it out?Save the poor hyphens.]

P-please, don't die...

Give it a few seconds, not only to make a quite literal right bloody mess of things but knit all the bits and pieces together. Probably all feels quite interesting to the touch if the subtleties aren't lost to adrenalin.]
2/2 wow I need more icons
Bit hard to do that when you're already dead mate.
[See, he'd give Riku a pat on the head, but he's got to extract himself from this wall first.]

Wh.. What...

Kindred, Cainite, undead, vampire. Fun times when you don't have a stonking great lump of wood in your heart.

[he has so little knowledge of vampires. he hasn't ever met one himself, that he knows of.]

Just because I can survive it doesn't mean it doesn't hurt like a right bloody bastard.
no subject
Are you going to need a potion or.. would that not do anything for you?
no subject
Be right as rain as soon as I get a bite.
no subject
It wouldn't turn me into one, or kill me, would it?

Or he frenzies, but there's not much around to induce that.]no subject
[at least this way, he feels as though he has a modicum of control over what happens next.]

DespiteCompletely, and determinedly negligent of any unfortunate reactions it may have first he pets Riku's hair, then brushes it from his neck- all movements slow and delicate right up until he bites. Which regardless of any force or indelicacy, has a very distinct lack of pain. Instead simply a complete sensory overload of pleasure.Thankfully it won't last too long since he's only taking what he needs rather than the complete gluttony of night to night unlife. There won't even be so much as a bruise to mark the location of the bite.
Though probably leaving Riku thoroughly light headed aside from the blood loss and that complete and utter spam to the the pleasure centres of the brain. Which may take a little recovery since it's purpose is generally leave a surprised/unwilling human nicely stunned so they can't tell what happened.]

Did you.. already..?

I didn't need to take too much.

That's... that's good.

[he'll need a few minutes to really get his bearings after that, and will simply sit where he is until he feels well enough to move.]

But then again, he has to admit that this place has quite a way of changing the rules, so after a moment, he roughly jerks the stake out. He can always re-stake the man if he proves less than useful.]

Ta, mate.
no subject
Don't mistake it for kindness.
no subject
[His brain's inventing him some nice fake memories of what happened.]
no subject
I would hope not.
no subject
He learned it from foxbutt.]Can hardly say I've seen much in the way of other kindred around these nights.

['We' here meaning mostly the Kindred as a whole, although it could just as easily mean Camarilla or Sabbat, should one choose to read it that way.]

At least three, possibly four, at last count.

eeeew. Marluxia is less surprised by this than one might imagine. His home works the same way, but slower. It's rather inconvenient, really, but he's not about to get too close lest he finds out you're something less wholesome like a zombie...]no subject
Well, won't be doing that again.
