[ Someone must have left some plants out somewhere, because there is currently a young deer nibbling at them. Bambi hasn't yet noticed he's around people, so he's happily plucking leaves off of the large plants and chewing them. They must be delicious, because the plant he's eating from now is almost leafless. If this plant is yours, rescue it as soon as possible before he completely destroys it!

All Soras are welcome to pet him. ]

[Ohmygosh, it's a baby deer. Remembering Grandma telling her that wild animals aren't used to people and sometimes get frightened by them, Kairi stands as still as she can, rooted in place a couple yards behind him. But she wants to pet him and name him and make a crown of flowers for him. She's turning five years old in a few weeks, so she can't really be expected to contain herself, can she?]

You're so cute!

[ Bambi jumps, startled, and turns around to look at Kairi. She is like Sora, fur on her head and two legs like a bird. He stares at her, ears moving, checking out how safe he is. Kairi looks too small to hurt him, so he does t walk away but he also doesn't approach. ]

[She claps a hand over her mouth when he jumps, eyes gone wide from surprise at his reaction. But after a moment of staring back at him, her hands slip down to her sides again, and she whispers as if it'll call him down.]

I'm sorry, Mr. Deer. I didn't mean to scare you.

[ Still cautious, he keeps his ears erect and swiveling to detect other sounds. Bambi approaches her and never turns his back on her. When he's close enough, he sniffs at her, wiggling his nose just like a rabbit's. ]

Sora...

So~ra?

[She's only mimicking the noise he makes. This little girl's never met Sora before. And, oh, that nose is so cute. She's lifting a hand cautiously to see if he'll let her pet the top of his head.]

*omg Bambi~! he's walking right over, very slowly so as not to frighten the fawn, pulling a carrot out that he was going to feed his chocobo (he can always get another one)

[ His ears twist in Sora's direction as he hears the human approach. He's almost ready to bolt, but when Bambi sees who it is, he smiles and trots right over. ]

*he comes closer and sits on the ground beside him, holding out the nummy carrot~!*

Bambi! I missed you.

[ Bambi lays down beside his friend and nibbles the carrot, his trust in this boy unwavering. He nudges his head under Sora's arm. ]

Sora! M- Missed you...!

*he starts to gently pet Bambi's side when he does that -- is snuggles tiem ♥*

Did you just get here?

[ His mouth is full of carrot when he nods. ]

*laughs a little and produces another carrot from his pocket*

Feeling hungry?

[ Bambi nods again, swallows and starts on this carrot. ]

Mmmm.

*he smiles at that, and is busy thinking of bringing Bambi to the forest room -- there aren't really any predators there, and there are several Bambis, so~ more pettings and snuggles for you, Bambi*
