[As usual, this year's party is held at the ball room. Dance music is already playing, mixed in together with creepy sounds and howls. The decorations are creepy at its best, and there are skeletal waiters walking around this time.

The tables are laden with food for various monsters, ghost, blood for the vampires, candy for the children, and normal food for those who are somewhat normal. Though if you're not in costume, that ugly fish sculpture at the giant punch bowl will spew a liquid at you rudely from it's mouth that will immediately put you into a random costume. If you keep hitting it, it will keep doing it, changing your costume into something worse every time.

Gatecrashers with bad intentions will be grabbed, wrapped and tossed out of the room by that giant spider up there on the ceiling, and it will also grab you if you're being selfish to the kiddies about giving them candy.

For those who lack dancing partners, some of those manakins are not there for show. Those will come to life and ~~harass~~ dance with you if you look a little lonely.

[he'll pout at that. they look and feel just like the real thing, but when she opens the bag the scent gets even stronger. Roxas gets a strange look on his face when he smells it. he feels the faint beginnings of a stirring, can you guess where?]

That smell's making me feel funny, Riku.

[This is not a good sign. She sets the bag down and pulls the one up to her nose to take in a big whiff- and jerks her head away, eyes wider. She certainly looks more awake.]

Funny how?

[silly Riku, you're supposed to waft it, not snort it. Roxas is looking more and more uncomfortable the longer the candy is there and open.]

Like a.. tingle. In my stomach.

...what do you mean?

[She is trashing these things, no doubts.]

[he's starting to look a little flushed, and like he really wants to try one of those, despite his discomfort. it's a good thing his tunic goes down so far.]

Kind of like.. like a tickle. I don't know. Maybe if I eat one, it'll go away.

... I don't think that's a good idea, if they're making you feel funny.

[Why on earth would you want to, in that situation? She's going to train you a watchdog or something, Roxas.]

But they smell so good.

[something is clearly interfering with his logic.]

[She can tell. But she can't tell what. She curls her fingers around the two in her hand, looking down at the bag.]

... I think we should get you something else.

Can't I have just one? To see what it tastes like?

[he's licking his lips, stepping closer to her to get closer to that bag.]

[Don't do it, Roxas.]

Why do you want them so badly?

I d-dunno. They just smell so good, don't you think?

[he's showing all the signs of budding arousal now, if Riku were to notice. his breathing and heart rate has picked up, and he's started shifting from foot to foot.]

...yeah, which means we should toss them and find better ones.

[She is slightly more wide-eyed now.]

Roxas, are you okay?

[he's fidgeting with the hem of his tunic, awkwardly tugging it down. whatever is really in that bag, the scent seems to have gone completely to his head. really, he shouldn't be anywhere near them.]

B-better ones?

[Right, she'll be picking up the bag then, considering just sending it up in a blaze of dark firaga. If someone made these stupid things, she's going to punch them in the face.]

[he doesn't know what he wants, but that candy seems to be it. his eyes don't even leave the bag when she picks it up.]

[...she's going to slip it into her pocket for disposal, and then look down at the... two still in her palm, which is warm enough that the green color has started to bleed out of the candy into her skin.]

[he looks so disappointed when the candy disappears, doesn't he? also, if she's holding out her palm, as close as she is, his attention is going to zero right in on it. is melted chocolate usually pink?]

[No, it's really not. She's going to step a few feet away and grab a napkin, because she suddenly doesn't like having that on her skin.]

[he might have made a soft sound of dismay when she moved away, but when she returns he'll be scrubbing his face and shaking his head, trying to clear it.]

[She will be looking at him with a slight wariness to her now.]

Roxas?

My head hurts a little. What happened?

[he.. doesn't remember much of the last few minutes.]

...what?

[What the hell did those things do?]

[he's starting to look more normal at least, and less.. well. turned on. is she interested in what else might be in that bag of his?]

We were looking at the candy and I remember something smelling really, really good...

...yeah. It's gone now.

[If he can't remember it, she's not about to bring it up again. It's probably a bad idea to keep those things so close to her skin (she's not wearing jeans, after all - those pockets are much thinner) but she'll wait to trash them until she's away from Roxas.]

[it's a good thing they're in their own bag, yes. Roxas is seeming more like himself by the minute, moving to see what else is in the bag.]

Oh, okay. What do you- ew! This has a bug in it!
