[Please nobody mind this guy curled up in a random corner. He's got his back to the corner and is grasping his head in his hands and very obviously not looking at anyone.

Those who come closer though may notice he's much paler than usual, he's shaking, and...Doesn't seem to be breathing.

Careful people, we have a new, panicky and very possibly hungry vampire for Halloween. Man, they're just everywhere aren't they?]

[He knows better than to do that. Humans die. Vampires live on. He'd just be making things harder for himself if he got too attached.

He'll attempt to relax a bit now. He's still keeping an eye on her though, and still listening for any signs that younger him might be around. Not that he'd hear it if he was. Stupid weak human hearing. B|]

[Wakes up a little after a while, groggy.]

[Looks down at her.]

[...Braces himself for her freaking out and hitting him or something.]

[Not really. She just looks confused.]

[Hm. Well then he'll reach for the potion again and offer it to her wordlessly.]

What happened?

[...Narrows his eyes slightly.]

[Yeah there's a bit of anger there. But he's keeping it under control. He's just worried.]

Namine, I worked for over five hundred years to get the control I have. He didn't have any. Add that on to the fact that your blood borders on addictive...

[Sits up. She's too dizzy to argue right now.]

[Sighs. Does she need another potion?]

[Just more time for her iron to restore her blood in her system. Hh. Food helps.]

[He can get food for her.

Moves away from her and off the bed.]

To get you some food.

[He starts to say 'no, you should stay and get some rest'...But the thought of leaving her alone and unprotected stops him.]

...Alright.

[Hurries over to him.]

[Offers an arm for her to lean on.]

[She does, a little wobbly still.]

[Will lead the way, careful not to walk too fast for her.]

[Looks around. Is his younger vampire self around.]

[Nope. He's snapped out of his frenzy and feels absolutely horrible. He will likely be hiding for a while.]

[... :c she's expecting that. That's why despite the fact that she's weak, she's looking a little worried.]

[...Notices that and sighs.]

With the amount he drank he'll be able to last until Halloween, and after that he should turn back to normal. You can look for him then.

Why not now?

Because your blood will tempt him no matter how much he's had already. It's safer to wait.
