[there's a bat on the kitchen table. it's spread awkwardly over an open book. it looks as though someone was there recently, since there's a half-empty glass of juice by the book, as well as some cookie crumbs! the bat seems kind of dazed... it's fairly large, for a bat, and not terribly dangerous-looking.]
