[No gunfire or shattering glass this time, folks.  Nope.  Nothing like that.  However, you may notice that someone's head is going to break through the surface of the Dressing Room pool soon...and the person it belongs to definitely didn't dive into that pool before.

[In fact, Demyx had taken a dive into the pool of his local YMCA for swim practice, so as you can imagine, he'll be quite surprised when he surfaces in a completely different place.  

[Of course, the recent echoes of gunfire that have been heard around the dressing room aren't completely unrelated to him;  he's fairly certain that he was shooed off to swim practice so early that day so that he wouldn't have to see what was going on with the town's local gangs...of which many of his friends happened to be a part of...

[While he's unaware that some of those friends have arrived here as well (along with his sister), he is fully aware that something is off about today...because, as stated before, this was definitely not the pool that he had entered earlier...See him freeze in the middle of the shallow end, standing up and whipping his head around the room with furrowed brows.]

Uhm...kay...I am confused...

[Demyx is still whipping his head around when he hears the familiar voice, spinning to stare at her in disbelief.]

Aqua? What the hell is going on?!

[He's none to concerned, really, just incredibly confused. Maybe this is just some weird dream...]

[Aqua could be a speed stripper, the way she's whipping off her jacket and surreptitiously slipping her gun out from the waist of her jeans, hiding it within the material so it won't get wet as she sets it on the floor. She crouches down, placing her hands on the edge of the pool and hopping down into the water without a second wasted. In about three seconds, Demyx will probably find himself enveloped in a bear hug. She'd recognize him anywhere.]

[What is she doing? Why is she--is she jumping into the pool!? But she still has her clothes on! Oh god, she's getting closer...this can't be good...oh god...]

[She's hugging him. This is the weirdest day...]

What the--...

[Attempting to push her off, rolling his eyes and growling a little.]

Hey, what's the big idea?! What do you mean I'm here!? Where's here?

[She holds him tight for another moment before letting him have his way. Releasing him, she's grinning.]

The Dressing Room. I really don't know how to explain it, and you wouldn't believe me if I told you. You've got to see it for yourself. This place is... well, Terra and Ven are here, somewhere. They told me it's a place that all these different universes come together. Alternate universes, like something about of a bad movie. There are people who look like us.

[Come to think of it, that would explain the whole pool phenomenon...but still...he can't help believe this is just some weird dream or an insanely well-executed prank on Aqua's part...]

[We were looking for you here, Aqua! However, Terra did not expect to see Demyx as well. Which is somewhere between relieving and worrisome. Hearing him speak, he raises an eyebrow.]

Because it's true. If you walk out of this room, you'll find doubles of most of the people we interact with on a normal basis.

[Aqua opens her mouth to respond, only to be saved the trouble by Terra. She just nods in confirmation. At Demyx's last statement, though, she lifts her hand to hit him upside the head, but she's not putting any more force behind it than a pat would carry.]
