[A Kairi is entering from a simple doorway and immediately pausing. She's dressed in the clothing many Kairis her age wear; the pink dress and white dress with black hood, the pink shoes, the various wristbands. In her hand is a Keyblade that may point toward just when she's coming from. She seems more curious than afraid; suddenly not being in the Castle That Never Was is disconcerting, sure, but after what she just finished going through, it's not really scary. But her friends had been in front of her...]

[The redhead stares for a long moment, the weapon loose in her grasp.]

...how...

[Hm?

...Ah. She's new.

Offers a kind smile.]

I take it you just got here?

[She nods wordlessly, trying to find her voice. This is just a bit of a shock, running into her after so many years. She's clung onto the memory of Aqua, one of the few she still has from before the Islands.]

I was... following Sora and Riku. But I'm pretty sure this isn't where they went.

[There's just a slight frown there. It's never nice to be seperated from your friends by this place.]

It isn't. This place is called the Dressing Room. It's sort of, a world between worlds. And it will pull people in from those worlds and trap them here.

Looks like you're the newest addition.

...that doesn't make any sense.

[And she's glancing back at the door behind her- why is it closed? She didn't shut it.]

It rarely does. I'm not sure if there's much at all here that makes sense.

So how do I... get home?

[Well this is going to be awkward, but she can't help it-]

Ah, you're-

[if Kairi notices this is a female Sora... that sounds exactly like her, creepy huh?]

...............Sora?

[She sounds quite uncertain, because... well, female. And the voice.]

Uhm... not really, sorry. I-it's sort of complicated.

[she rubs the back of her neck, eyes glancing to the side]

What's going on?

[She's wary, and maybe taking a step back, though all that does is make her hit the wall.]

You're sort of... in a different world, where different versions of people show up.

[steps back, trying to show she doesn't mean any hard]

How does that even happen?

I'unno.

[...Well, she can't stay here, either way. Time to attempt to leave.]

[She'll here a voice somewhere behind her.]

Are you lost, child?

[It's a Marluxia in casual clothes, hair tied back out of his face and carrying a bag of plant food in his arms.]

[She's a bit wary, what with not recognizing him and all. But he doesn't look very dangerous in casual clothing and holding plant food of all things.]

I think so...

[He's perfectly harmless, as long as someone else doesn't decide to try and cause problems with him at least. Kairi's probably perfectly safe, though.]

You must be new then. Your in the dressing room. It's a world that draws people in of it's own accord. I'm afraid your stuck here until it decides to send you back.

Stuck here? But-

[Kairi glances back, surprised to see the door behind her closed when she hadn't touched it.]

I'm sorry to have to tell you, but it's true. I don't really understand how it works, myself. But the residents here have told me that's how it is. [He gives her a sad little smile and uses his hip to bump open a door that's slight ajar.] One moment please. This is getting quite heavey. I'll just set it down if you don't mind. [He'll dissapear inside long enough to set the bag down before returning.] I haven't been here too long myself, but if there is something you might want to know I'll do my best to answer your questions.

I guess it'd help to know where things are...

[She'll worry about being stuck when she's on her own; she doesn't want to trouble this nice person any with her worries.]

It's a very large place so I don't know all that much about the layout yet. But there are some empty bedrooms in this hallway, if you'd like to pick one. [He taps on the door he went through a moment ago.] This one is mine, if you wish to stop by for a visit at any time. It's also my flower shop. [He points down the hallway.] And there is a kitchen down at the end of this hallway if you get hungry.

...flower shop?

[Kairi's admittedly got quite the fondness for flowers.]

[He nods.] Yes, I can't say if it's really 'my' shop or if it's just an incredibly accurate copy of mine from back home, but it was where I arrived and as no one has shown up to lay claim to it, I don't suppose it's really an issue. Your free to have a look around if you'd like.

That's actually kind of neat! I wonder if there's a place that looks like my room around?

[ ... Why do you look just like the girl she saw a little while ago. ]

[...Um. Growth spurt? She hasn't noticed Aqua yet, since she hasn't spoken; her attention is going back to the door she just passed through. W-Why is it leading to a closet.]

... Kairi?

[At least she wasn't chasing an Unversed, like Aqua was?]

[She stops short and whips around to stare in surprise.]

H-How--

... You've grown.

[/obvious.]

...you haven't.

[That just kind of slipped out. No, she doesn't remember Aqua perfectly, of course- she just... doesn't feel any different, if that even makes sense.]

I saw the... younger you a few minutes ago.

[...and then she notices that keyblade properly. Whaaaat.]

Younger me?

[What does that even mean. Have you gone crazy, hero lady.]
