[ October is the month of Halloween. All that spookiness, the fright, the gore waiting just around the corner. Literally, in this case. There's a scream from one of the main areas, and quite the sudden commotion. Looking up, one would notice the roots and limbs climbing around the doorframe, a dead tree having grown right out of the wall. An intricate spider web is woven through the branches, a large black widow hanging casually near the middle with her prey. But that's only the trigger -- the show is what happens when someone passes beneath it. ]

{ ooc: So basically what happens is that, should your character walk under the doorway, they'll suddenly have any number of physical injuries they've acquired in the Dressing Room. One, two, all of them? Up to you! No matter how severe, it won't affect the character beyond touch. For example, they'd be able to feel a cut or gash with their hands, but it won't hurt, and it won't be life-threatening. Kind of like they're undead... The magic will wear off if they walk under the branches again. :D

[She shakes her head.]

I don't know... are you hungry? Otherwise I'm sure we could find something entertaining around here.

I'm definitely not hungry.

[Not after all that gore.]

[He shrugs, turning to look around the hallway.]

Well I was planning on training today.

[He looks back to her with a smirk.]

Feeling up to it?

[She feels challenged, and her body language should make that obvious. It's casual, really, the way her head tilts up and she leans back just slightly.]

Up to what, exactly?

the simulation room... hundreds of enemies... I'll even let you choose what we fight.

[She seems to consider it for a moment, and then smirks, heading in that direction.]

Just be sure to be careful. I don't want to burn you accidentally.

[She turns to look at him, eyebrows raised.]

Have you ever seen me fight?

Yeah, and you're not immune to fire. Or electricity.

You're right. But I know how to stay out of the way, too.

Good. Try to do that. I don't need to practice my Cure magic on you.

You won't have to.

I hope not.

[He'll lead the way, then!]
