Impending doom [SPOILERS]

[ The door to the Kingdom Hearts room is wide open. Those passing by may notice a bright flash of light, followed by some rapid shaking throughout the hall. All over the dressing room, bits and pieces of different rooms merge with one another, leaving the areas surrounding Kingdom Hearts in complete disarray.

And in the center of it all... ]





[ "Ventus" is standing atop a large skyscraper, his χ-balde in hand, watching as Kingdom Hearts responds to his weapon. He knows that people will try to find him. That was his goal all along.

Even if it's not the same as a real Keyblade war, the thrill in facing Dressing Room residents is decent enough entertainment.

Once the room begins to react, he lowers his weapon and peers down towards the room's entrance, waiting. ]


[ooc: MAJOR BBS SPOILERS. That being said, this post is self-contained, and, essentially, the rooms are reacting to disruptions within Kingdom Hearts. This is purely optional and will not spread through the entire DR, but just a few areas, mostly world rooms. For more info, look here.

Threadjack if you'd like, and feel free to have your characters react to the chaos or hunt down Vanitas himself. It's cool either way.]

[Desiree was a little bewildered when her room started acting funny, so she went to investigate and maybe see if it was happening to anyone else. As she walked past the KH room however, she peeked in and blinked.]

Huh....

[She steps into the room and looks for a place to hide so she can watch the chaos that will ensue when the others get there. She figures even if he didn't fight her, she'd like to watch at least...and maybe heal some people who need it...]

[Something is obviously up with Layla, right now. It didn't help that her room apparently now opens into some completely unrelated area of the DR from the desert room corridor...

Her expression's almost blank. She's almost sleepwalking, it seems, gazing around at her surroundings like nothing's registering.
Because right now, what's going on outside is just not mattering... inside her head's spinning, perception wobbling.
Just a bit of feedback from what's going on. But to someone who is, effectively, a darkened fragment of Kingdom Hearts to begin with? It's enough.]

[Hikari was pretty worried about her friend so she trails in behind Layla, reaching for her hand to lead her somewhere to hide until she snaps out of it.]

Layla...Layla come on, you could get hurt the way you are right now....

[Tugging Layla over to the other side of the room from Desi where they can hide in an alley or something.]

Layla was just wandering corridors towards the KH room: assume this is after that goes on?

[She's not really registering anything here - there's someone trying to do something? Is that it? But that's in the way, something's calling, but it's not right - what's going on?
She can be pulled. But the second Hikari lets go she'll probably start wandering back.]

[Xeha was, you know, trying to get his room reorganized after the flood. The fact that it now apparently opens out into the beach was not his idea of an ideal home decoration. In fact, he thinks, it's just annoyingly ironic.

So he's storming through the corridors towards the Kingdom Hearts room, prepared to the teeth - if his suspicions are right, this won't be an easy job.]

He looks down at Xehanort with a smirk. ]

About time someone showed up. I was starting to worry.
