[Should you be wandering the halls today, you might run into a slightly jumpy-looking Kairi. She's glancing from door to door, obviously looking for a certain one- she could have sworn she remembered where his room was, but maybe not...]

stirring the pot~
ohhh boy.
...Excuse me?
you know you love it
Huh? Oh, did you need this closet?
Kairi certainly doesn't
[Her breath catches in her throat mid-word, and she tries hard not to look like a deer in the headlights all of a sudden.]
...someone.
LOLZ drama
Someone like who? I know lots of people.

H-He's blind- he has a cane.

Oh. That Riku. I've seen him around a bit. I think my son has met him, but I'm not sure.

[And now she thinks it's time to scurry away before he has a chance to get to know who she is.]
no subject
Wait a second, I've met you before, haven't I? You seem familiar, and not just because you're shaped like my Princess.
no subject
No, I don't think we've ever met.

[She'll take any excuse she can get.]

Oh, the party isn't right now! It's sort of a belated birthday for one of my friends. His name's Kai. Do you know him? Anyway, he totally missed out on his birthday last month because he's been healing. Giant icicle came out of nowhere and stabbed him through the middle. It was pretty gruesome and we were all worried he might die from it.

[She'd pull her hand back again if he hadn't gone right to that upon waking.]

[he hasn't met anyone else with a touch as cool as hers, after all. he gives her hand a squeeze before withdrawing his own, straightening where he sits with a wince as his bones pop.]
no subject
You shouldn't sleep out here.

[it feels odd to be trying to look up in her direction, so he'll scoot over a bit, enough for her to join him on the couch itself rather than just roosting on the arm of it.]

You weren't... watching this, were you?
[The Old Ladies show looks pretty lame.]
no subject
No... Before I fell asleep there was a movie playing. This doesn't sound anything like it.

[She corrects herself quickly, hoping he didn't pick up on that.]
