[Namine can be found in the chocobo stables today. She's sitting on the fence, petting one of the large birds that's come over to her. There's another baby chocobo sitting on her shoulder. She seems perfectly content to just stay here all day. Perhaps because there's less drama here than everywhere else. Besides, spending time here always cheers her up.]

[...Breathes a small laugh. She's not going to argue about this. She knows she doesn't have a heart. And she has on many occasions used that to protect herself. It's almost too easy to retreat into that void where her heart should be when she's unable to handle something.
Maybe that's what she needs to do more these days.
