[There's a Kairi in the kitchen this afternoon, packing up the several sandwiches she made into their own, individual baggies, and placing them inside her wicker basket. Already inside, she has fruit salad, potato salad, a couple sodas, and a few different kinds of chips in bags all ready to go. It looks like she is planning on having a nice day out somewhere.]

[Sora over here was in the process of making his own sandwich disaster creation, but the ones going in that picnic basket look about ten times as appetizing. he glances from his sandwich to Kairi, his head tilted slightly in curiosity.]

I was thinking about heading to the garden for a picnic. I always seem to run into others when I'm there so I thought I'd make some extra food too.

[She adds the blanket to the top before closing it up and turning to him with a smile.]

[She giggles a bit as she hooks her arm through the basket handles.]

[laughs a little, and turns a little pink. why that embarrasses him, he has no idea, but it's the good kind of embarrassment.]


I don't even remember the last time we went on a picnic.

[She doesn't seem to notice, so you're safe! Instead, Kairi looks thoughtful, tapping her chin with her spare hand.]

[She pulls her arm- and the basket!- away from his reach, wagging a finger at him.]

Not yet! You have to wait until we get to the garden.

[She turns back around, heading that way now.]

[he trails along after her though, good-natured and maybe swiping very lightly at the basket every once in a while- what, he's curious and hungry!]

That's way too long.. I miss fishing and cooking whatever we wound up catching for lunch.

[She said it herself: YOU LAZY BUM. Her tone is totally teasing though and she looks amused as she reaches in and fishes out a granola bar she hid in there.]
