[It's some sort of meal time in the kitchen right now, since Riku is completely occupied with feeding Addie. She's quite well behaved though, enough for him not to have to worry about food getting thrown at him. However, his coffee isn't that lucky and will need to be poured out and replaced with a less-baby-food-flavored cup.]

[Since he's so occupied he might not notice the tiny footsteps coming from behind him until the source stops at the chair, pounding his little fists on Uncle Ku's leg. Hey look it's your favorite nephew!]

[Hey look it's my ~~only~~ favorite nephew! He stops what he's doing at that point, bending down to see him.]

Hey Austin. Where's your dad?

[The baby raises his arms into the air and lets out a "Gah!" in response. Cue Roxas entering the room now, hands in pockets, though he pulls one out to give a wave.]

Right here. Austin saw Uncle Riku and decided to go running.

Is that how it is? I guess his uncle is cooler than Dad for right now.

[He hasn't seen you in forever, so you get some slight teasing now that you finally have shown up.]

[Oh shhh, he's been busy trying to make sure Xander does end up as messed up as his parents.]

Either that or he wants a peek at the baby.

[Roxas motions towards the kid as he raises a hand up at Addie and lets out a pleased sound, smiling wide. Hiiiii Addie :D]

[Face it Roxas, the poor kid is doomed.]

...Or that.

[Picks up Austin, holding him up so he and Addie can be on the same level. Addie just kid of stares for a second, before giggling at him.]

[Well at least he'll always have his mother hen to turn to.]

He loves other babies. He constantly tries to play with Xander.

[Austin squeals with delight, flailing around and babbling to Addie.]

Xander's a little young to be really "playing" the same way, isn't he?

[New-ish born probably sleeps a lot. Also, now that Addie has company besides boring Dad, she's making a bit of a mess with that food. Watch yourself, Austin.]

Yeah, that's why I said "trying".

[Dude, you're talking to the king of messes. If Docku doesn't watch, he'll be smashing his hands in that food too.]

[Well then, Looks like things are about to get messy. As good as she usually is, Addie's now taking to flinging some of that food.]

-Hey, none of that.

[He turns to Roxas, tone teasing again.]

...Your kid is a bad influence, Roxas. I bet his trouble magnetism is contagious.

And I think your's is genetic.

Hey, at least mine won't spread farther than Addie.

What, you don't want more kids?

One is plenty, thank you very much. I'm not sure I could handle any more.

[He just laughs.]

I've heard it's actually easier with two when they get older, because they'll play together. But then again, that's what Austin's for.

Not to mention how hectic another birth would be. Namine was scary enough without the pain, I definitely don't want to see how she would be in a typical delivery.

She's tough, she could handle it.

Oh, I don't doubt that. I'm more worried about me and how many body parts I would wind up missing.

[As sweet as she is, Namine gets scary when she's got the pregnancy hormones thing going on.]

[Roxas laughs at that, giving a nod of his head.]

Alright, I'll give you that.

[At this point the food-flinging has escalated, so he's setting Austin back down to try and get Addie to behave.]

The food is supposed to go in your mouth, not everywhere but your mouth.

[Austin is already covered in it, so Roxas scoops him up and brings him over to the sink. To which Austin flails valiantly.]

[Once Riku's cleaned up most of Addie's face at least, he glances over at them.]

Hey- watch yourself, this is pineapple.

... that explains why he's eating it.

[Roxas looks down at the kid sucking on his hands and looking up innocently.]

That must make meal time fun for you.

[Grins.]

Oh tons. This kid eats anything.

[Carefully going about washing him off now...]

Including apples, I assume?

[He must take after you, right?]

Oh yeah. Apples and pineapples are his two favorites.

Figures. At least that's better than him being a picky eater, right?

Oh yeah. In fact, he's quite the opposite. I haven't found one food yet he doesn't like.

...Really? That's odd. But I mean, I guess it makes things easier for you.

I shouldn't be surprised. The teenaged version of him walking around in this time eats peanut butter and salami sandwiches.

[Demyx is still wandering around, getting himself familiar with this place and peeks in. Is that a Riku feeding a baby? Weird... But he stands in the doorway and watches out of curiousity.]

[It's exactly what it looks like, strange sight or not. At the moment though, he's paused in feeding Addie so he can get a new cup of coffee.]

[He watches Riku for a moment then turns his eyes to the baby. And makes a silly face at it.]

[That gets a giggle from her, though her dad isn't paying much attention.]

[He doesn't know how this papa Riku will react if he sees him, but he keeps making faces at the kid anyway. He even creeps in a little closer for a better look at her.]

[Addie seems to find this just about the funniest thing, given how much she's giggling and making happy noises. That does finally get Riku's attention, though he doesn't seem to mind Demyx doing what he's doing.]

[Upon seeing that Daddy!Riku isn't going to attack him or anything Demyx decides it's fine to talk to him.] She's a cutie. Is she your little sister? [Because even though it looks more like this is Riku's kid and not his sister, Demyx isn't sure what to think.]

Daughter, actually. And thanks.

[He's never heard anyone mistake her for his sister before, but it doesn't seem too far fetched.]

Ahhh... Who's the mama?

Namine, my wife.

You married Namine? [He thinks about it for a moment and then smiles.] Namine's really nice. I'm happy for you guys.

[He smiles fondly, going back to the coffee machine for a moment.]

She's definitely more than I could have asked for.

[Yeah, he's really starting to like this place. Everyone he's met so far has seemed really nice. Even the people who usualy don't like him very much.]

[He just watches the baby a moment longer, head tilted to one side thoughtfully before he wanders to the fridge in search of a snack.]
