[there's a scream from down this hallway as some poor soul is consumed by the shadows -- not Heartless, simply moving shadows. as the last dying gurgle escapes the writhing mass, a figure rises out of it slowly, darkness rolling and dripping off him like smoke and water. the figure is fully dressed in dark leather; heavy boots, pants, and a lovely leather jacket with a black wifebeater beneath it. he breathes the darkness in, out, a slow and dangerous smile making its way onto his face as he takes in the sight of the hallway. a hand goes to his pocket, a cigarette is pulled out and put to his lips, lit with a flick of his other hand. he runs that hand through his dark blue hair afterward, red eyes bright with malicious intent.]

Well now... didja miss me, dressing room?

he takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly, not really moving from against Axel.]

[yes well. you. snuggles him fiercely and kisses the top of his head. he can't think of anything else reassuring to say, so the snuggles and the bunny climbing on them will have to do for now.]

[can do that. <3 will probably be awake for quite a while anyway, too paranoid to go to sleep knowing that Gem's around somewhere. and bandaging that hand up can wait until Kai's rested some; it needs oxygen to heal faster anyway.]
