[anyone walking by this area will be surrounded by bubbles. not just any bubbles, either. they're multi-colored, and when they pop they make a ringing note much like wind chimes. Roxas here is seated next to a toy puppy that's making the bubbles every time it barks, and is popping bubbles in an attempt to work out a tune]

[if it had simply started barking, he would have other thoughts about it. he's very forgiving when it comes to music.]
Heyo, crazy kid.
Musical bubbles, too. And that doesn't even make any sense.
Oh hey, look, it's a Cloud lookalike, except he's a little older than the guy and his nose is straighter and slightly pointier. What's going on here...?]

there is also a bubble floating over, ready to pop on your nose.]
So I assume this Roxy is British.
What are you doing?
the mun isn't, so pardon any ancient british fail
Playing music, of course. It's fun.
Maybe you mean Early Modern English? Matches up with the dates.
With bubbles.
Uh, yes. I'm not bothering with speech patterns and the like.
But hearing you say 'thine' in context would be awesome.
He walks over and pops a bubble with his finger. It makes a melody.]
...This is unusual...

[pops a series of bubbles in quick succession, a note ringing out for each one]
What tune is he playing?
Better than the other places I've found in here, that's for sure.
[He sits down next to Roxas.]
So, what's your name?

[he'd been attempting to work out Joyful, Joyful before he had company. now the notes are random, the color and size of the bubble determining the note]

[Would you believe that after a second or two, he reaches out and pops a few bubbles?]

Is this really the strangest thing you've seen here?
