[ not only is it possible to go outside, but it's possible to get stuck, too. this wouldn't be the biggest problem in the world if it weren't raining (of all things) - so instead of satisfying his urge to explore, riku's grumbling over how he can't stay dry. ]

[he isn't dressed for rain- orange shirt, electric blue pants that he thinks are white and tan respectively, because that's what parts of his closet they were in after Kairi sorted it for him.

still, he's going to go ahead and wander inside, a slim white cane swinging ahead of him to keep him from bumping into anything. he's not minding the door, which is swinging shut again]
