when you wish upon a staaaaar
[Most people use the simulation to train. He has, too, but this time Ven is using it for something a bit different.
The entire place is pitch black at first, an empty void. However, before long it starts to light up with what appears to be numerous stars and even 'planets'. More and more of these appear, taking on the appearance of a miniature solar system. Obviously the planets aren't life-sized; rather, they're scaled down so that the entire system is visible. He's even tossing in some asteroids for good measure!
Though eventually he pauses, turning away from the controls to look at his work.]
I wonder...
[Before long he turns back to the controls and begins toying around again, this time scaling things way up. Now there's a moon large enough to stand on and explore. He grins, playing with a few more controls before he...starts to float a little.
Yup. Someone's having a little too much fun with this space simulation. The door's wide open, too, so anyone can witness this silliness.]

Very nice.

[Whoa-- he shifts awkwardly in the air for a minute. Low gravity is weird. Cool, but weird--
But eventually he catches sight of Xehanort.]
Hey!

Hello there, Ven! [Waves-] Enjoying yourself?

[He laughs, trying to bring himself doooown-- ah, there we go.]
I figured it was worth a shot, especially since everything this place makes seems to real.

I've never been able to find limits to it. And believe me, I've tried.

[He perks up, genuinely curious.]
*late addition to post*
[Checking things off on his fingers.]
There was the infinite tower... the multi-dimensional structure... the optical illusion room - that one made me a little ill, I'll admit. Or more mundanely? City streets, busy places, people and beings everywhere...
[A bit of a chuckle.]
Anything that came to mind.

Like that jello room, or the place with the melting clocks.
[He shudders.]

...What inspired this little [hand wave] project, then?

I'm with you, actually. It's a great idea.

[ Riku peeks his head in, looking around, eyes suspi--... ]
Roxas?

[He jumps and... floaty!]

He lands slowly, shaking his head.]
No, my name's Ventus.
no subject
...What the hell. He'll just join Ven up there.]

I can tell you put a lot of work into this.

[He doesn't read too much, but when it's about stars? Sure, why not?]

I had some good ones... I haven't been able to track them down again, though. It's kind of a shame.
