[This specific Riku being in the rain room all day is about as unexpected as the sun rising in the morning, but that doesn't stop it from happening. He's not even trying to look calm today though, obviously distressed over something the way his head is in his hands. And the thunder and lightning are more violent and volatile than usual in such a calm room.]

[Suddenly, you aren't being rained on anymore, as there is a pair of long white wings acting as an umbrella above his head. The owner of the wings had snuck in and settled down behind him, her arms sliding around him.]

[Nearly jumps, anxiety setting in and making him feel slightly sick once he realizes she's there.]

[She leans forward enough to just press a gentle kiss to his temple.]

[Shudders at that, trying to shut out all the emotions that try to surface. He was expecting to be alone all day.]

[She felt that, so she pulls away slightly, looking confused, but then just crawls around to sit with her legs across his lap and hug him properly. She won't ask unless he wants to talk. But she'll just sit there and be there for him.]

[He also wasn't expecting her to force her way into his lap, but he's not about to push her away or anything. Just lets her do whatever she wants, trying to stay closed off- though it's not working very well.]

[Remains silent, just hugging him close and rubbing his back gently.]

[Gives another shuddering sigh, slumping just a little. Were it anyone else, he could shut them out easily, but it doesn't work that way with her. So after a while, he just breaks down into quiet tears and buries his face in her shoulder.]

[And she continues to hold him close, one hand still rubbing his back and the other pets his hair, while she's whispering comforting words.]

[He doesn't cry for very long, but he stays in that position, not wanting to face her or anything right now.]

[Pauses, trying to figure out where to even start.]

You shouldn't stay with me. All it does is get you hurt. Every single time, it's been because of me.

But everyone else is gone now, and you're... I don't want to let go. You're all I have left and I'm too selfish to let go.

...I haven't changed at all from the selfish kid I was years ago.

[She listens silently, before letting out a sigh.]

You're not the only selfish one. I could have waited for you to come back after the devil incident, but I don't want to let you go. And I'm going to continue being selfish, because there is no way I would ever let you leave me.

[Kisses his cheek.]

And don't think I'm getting hurt more because of you. Maybe some situations are a result of something you did, but I promise, you've saved me in so many more ways. More than you'll ever know.

[She shakes her head.]

[Keeps him close for a while, but after a bit, pulls away.]
